Abstract
permutador de calor com um alojamento compreendendo duas câmaras separadas por uma placa divisória, cada câmara compreendendo uma abertura de entrada e uma abertura de saída para fluidos e método para fabricar o mesmo. a invenção se refere a um permutador de calor tendo duas câmaras (31, 32) separadas por uma placa divisória e formadas a partir de uma única lâmina de metal (1) através de vergadura. a placa divisória é formada a partir de uma área média (2) da lâmina, na qual uma pluralidade de nervuras (5) e canais (5a) seguindo alternadamente em paralelo é produzida através de dobramento ou vergadura. áreas laterais (3, 4) da lâmina de metal (1) adjacentes às áreas médias (2) em ambos os lados são vergadas ao longo de linhas de dobra (11, 25, 26) para formar um alojamento fechado. um suporte em treliça feito de uma segunda lâmina de metal (20) e compreendendo uma janela (21) e barras (22, 23) circundando dita janela é inserido entre a área média e as áreas laterais (3, 4) voltadas uma à outra após a vergadura. as nervuras e canais (5, 5a) nas extremidades da área média são pressionados em áreas de extremidade plana (14, 15) e cada uma é conectada a uma das áreas laterais (3, 4) de maneira impermeável a fluidos.
