Abstract
Description
a)船舶上に回転可能に支持される円筒体の周囲に長尺物体の一セクションを配置するステップと、
b)長尺物体の第1の部分を船舶下の水域中へ供給して、円筒体によって前記第1の部分を吊り下げるステップと、
c)円筒体を回転させて長尺物体を水中へと下降させるステップと
を備える方法も提供される。
Claims (26)
- 浮き船舶(2)から長尺物体(6)を供給して前記長尺物体の第1の部分(6a)を前記船舶の下の水域に吊り下げるための装置であって、
円筒体(10)が前記船舶上に回転可能に支持され、また前記円筒体(10)は該円筒体の回転を制御するための駆動手段(17;85,86)を有し、
前記円筒体(10)が、前記長尺物体のための巻取領域(P)及び繰出領域(U)、並びに前記長尺物体(6)の少なくとも一部と直接或いは複数の支持要素(55;55’;55’’;55’’’)を介して相互作用するための円筒接触面(18;18’)を更に有し、
前記接触面(18,18’)が前記第1の部分(6a)を支持するように構成され、また
前記長尺物体のための第1のテンショナ手段(20)が、前記巻取領域(P)と前記長尺物体のための格納領域(4)との間で前記船舶上に配置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記繰出領域(U)に隣接して前記船舶上に配置される、前記長尺物体のための第2のテンショナ手段(21)を更に有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒体の回転軸線が略水平である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面の少なくとも一部に隣接して前記船舶上に配置される案内装置(30;30’;88;90a,b)であって、前記巻取領域と前記繰出領域との間での前記長尺物体の円筒体軸線方向の動きを制御するように配置及び構成される案内装置(30;30’;88;90a,b)を更に有する請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記案内装置(30)が、前記接触面の周囲での前記長尺物体の各巻きのための個別の案内手段(32;34;35)を有する請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記案内手段が前記円筒体の回転面と非平行に配置され、したがってゼロ度とは異なるピッチ角(α)を成している請求項4又は請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記案内手段が離昇手段(34)を有し、該離昇手段(34)は、前記案内手段に供される前記長尺物体の部分を前記接触面から離れるように持ち上げ、その後前記長尺物体が前記接触面と再び接触することを可能にする請求項4から6までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記円筒体(10)の周囲に間隔を隔てて配置される前記長尺物体のための牽引手段(19)を更に有する請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記牽引手段は、前記接触面(18)上に取り外し可能に配置される複数の***部(19)を有し、それにより、前記長尺物体の外側構造の少なくとも一部が、前記装置の動作時に前記***部に供されると弾性的に変形される請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記接触面(18)が、前記円筒体(10)の外周にわたって配置される複数のレセプタクル(54)を有し、該レセプタクル(54)は、前記長尺物体のための複数の支持要素(55)を解放可能に受け入れるように構成されている請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 複数の支持要素(55)が相互に接続され、それにより前記円筒体の周囲に複数回の巻数で巻き付けられた無端ベルト(59)を形成する請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記無端ベルト(59)のための第1の案内ファンネル(57a)及び第2の案内ファンネル(57b)を更に有し、前記案内ファンネルは軸線方向で距離を隔てて前記円筒体に隣接して配置され、それにより前記無端ベルトは、前記円筒体から一時的に離昇されて円筒体軸線方向に移動され、その後前記円筒体に再び取り付けられる請求項11に記載の装置。

- 前記円筒体の軸線方向にシフトされた案内構造体(90a,b)によって前記ベルトの一部が一時的に前記表面から離昇されて前記表面へ戻される離脱領域(T)を更に有し、前記案内構造体(90a,b)は、大きな物体の通過を可能にするように低いプロファイルを有している請求項14に記載の装置。
- 各支持要素は、前記長尺物体の少なくとも一部を支持するためにv形状断面(83,84)を有している請求項13から15までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記巻取領域(P)及び前記繰出領域(U)が前記円筒体(10)の回転軸線の1つの同じ側にある請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 船体(3)と甲板(4)とを有する、長尺物体(6)を敷設するための船舶(2)であって、
円筒体(10)が前記船舶上に回転可能に支持され、また前記円筒体は該円筒体の回転を制御するための駆動手段(17;85,86)を有し、
前記円筒体(10)が、前記長尺物体のための巻取領域(P)及び繰出領域(U)、並びに前記長尺物体(6)の少なくとも一部と相互作用するための円筒接触面(18)を更に有する
ことを更に特徴とする船舶(2)。 - 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の装置を更に有する請求項18に記載の船舶。
- 前記巻取領域(P)の上流側にある前記長尺物体の部分のための複数の格納スプール(7,7a,7b)のための格納領域を更に有する請求項19に記載の船舶。
- 船舶(2)から長尺物体(6)を敷設する方法であって、
a)前記船舶上に回転可能に支持される円筒体(10)の周囲に前記長尺物体の一部を配置するステップと、
b)前記長尺物体の第1の部分(6a)を前記船舶の下の水域へ供給して、前記円筒体及びテンショナによって前記第1の部分を吊り下げるステップと、
c)前記円筒体を回転させ且つ前記テンショナを作用させて、前記長尺物体を水中へと下降させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップa)が、前記円筒体上の円筒接触面(18)の周囲に1回又は複数回の巻数で前記長尺物体を巻くことを含む請求項21の方法。
- 前記長尺物体は、中間の格納部なしに、前記船舶の甲板領域上の複数の格納スプール(7a,7b,7)のうちの1つから前記円筒体へと繰り出される請求項21又は請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記接触面(18)上に巻かれる前記長尺物体の前記部分の制御された動作をもたらすための案内装置(30)を使用することを更に含み、前記動作は、前記円筒体の軸線方向(A−A)であって、前記円筒体の回転ごとに前記長尺物体の外径などの横方向寸法に対応する増分でなされる請求項21から23までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記ベルトを離脱領域(T)で前記円筒体から一時的に離脱させるステップを更に含む請求項25に記載の方法。
