Abstract
Description
メチルメタクリレート50重量部、エチルアクリレート49.8重量部、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート0.2重量部およびAIBN開始剤0.1重量部を含む単量体混合物を、60℃で1時間バルクラジカル重合して、光硬化性オリゴマーおよび単量体の形態の希釈剤が混在された部分重合物を製造した。前記部分重合物において、光硬化性オリゴマーの含量は10重量部であり、希釈剤の含量は90重量部であった。前記光硬化性オリゴマーの含量は、バルクラジカル重合により得られた部分重合物1gを150℃で60分間乾燥して希釈剤として用いられた単量体成分を揮発させた後に残留する成分の重さを測定して求めた。
ダウコーニング社製のシルオフQ2−7785100重量部およびシルオフQ2−75603重量部を配合してシリコン離型処理液を製造した。
基材フィルムとしてPETフィルムの代わりに紙を用いた以外は、実施例1の方法と同様にして比較例1による離型紙を製造した。
ミツトヨ社製の型番SJ301を用いて、実施例1による離型フィルムと比較例1による離型紙の表面粗さを測定し、その結果を下記表1に示す。

Claims (14)
- 合成樹脂を含む基材フィルムと、前記基材フィルムの上に形成され、光硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を含む1以上の突出部が形成されたエンボス模様層と、を備える離型フィルム。
- 前記合成樹脂は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリウレタンおよびポリエステル系樹脂よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上を含む請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムは、表面粗さ(Rt)が3μm以下である請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂は、光硬化性オリゴマー、希釈剤および光重合性開始剤を含む請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記光硬化性オリゴマーは、ポリエステルアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ウレタンアクリレートおよびシリコンアクリレートよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上を含む請求項4に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記突出部は、最大高さが1μm〜20μmであり、底面の幅が100μm〜500μmである請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- エンボス模様層の上に形成されたシリコン離型処理層をさらに備える請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムと前記エンボス模様層との間に形成された第1のプライマー層をさらに備える請求項1に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記第1のプライマー層は、ポリアクリレート樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂およびポリウレタン樹脂よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上を備える請求項8に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記基材フィルムにおける前記エンボス模様層の反対面に形成された第2のプライマー層をさらに備える請求項8に記載の離型フィルム。
- 前記第2のプライマー層は、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、アクリレート樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、シリコン樹脂およびポリエステル樹脂よりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一種以上を含む請求項10に記載の離型フィルム。
- 合成樹脂を含む基材フィルムの上に光硬化性樹脂を用いてエンボス模様パターンを形成する第1のステップと、
前記第1のステップにおいて形成されたエンボス模様パターンを硬化させる第2のステップと、
を含む離型フィルムの製造方法。 - 第1のステップにおいて、エンボス模様パターンは、ダイレクトグラビアコート、リバースグラビアコート、グラビアオフセットコート、マイクログラビアコート、シルクスクリーンコート、ロータリスクリーンコート、ナイフコート、バーコートおよびダイレクトロールコートよりなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つの塗布法によって形成される請求項12に記載の離型フィルムの製造方法。
- 第2のステップにおいて、硬化は、エンボス模様パターンに300nm〜450nmの波長を有する紫外線を0.1秒〜120秒間照射することにより行われる請求項12に記載の離型フィルムの製造方法。
