Abstract
【解決手段】ワイヤハーネス32の端末に係るシールド構造は、非金属繊維編組40の端末部をモーター側接続部42及びインバータ側接続部43に溶接により固定してなるシールド構造になっている。非金属繊維編組40は、導電性を有し且つ金属繊維よりも軽い非金属繊維からなる極細の素線を多数編んで形成されている。非金属繊維に関しては、炭素繊維、又は樹脂材料に導電性材料を混ぜた導電性樹脂繊維からなるものが用いられている。

Claims (5)
- 導電性の非金属繊維からなる極細の素線を多数用いて筒状の編組、すなわち非金属繊維編組を形成し、このような該非金属繊維編組の端末部を導電性樹脂成型品に溶接してなる
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 請求項1に記載のシールド構造において、
前記非金属繊維は炭素繊維又は樹脂材料に導電性材料を混ぜた導電性樹脂繊維である
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシールド構造において、
前記導電性樹脂成型品は導電性を有する相手部材に対し固定可能な固定部材である
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のシールド構造において、
前記導電性樹脂成型品は導電性を有する管体である
ことを特徴とするシールド構造。 - 一又は複数の導電路と、導電性の非金属繊維からなる極細の素線を多数用いて筒状に形成され且つ前記一又は複数の導電路を覆う非金属繊維編組と、該非金属繊維編組の端末部の溶接先となる導電性樹脂成型品とを含む
ことを特徴とするワイヤハーネス。
