Description
(a)約70wt%〜約90wt%の熱可塑性ポリマーと;
(b)約10〜約30wt%の細断炭素繊維と;
(c)ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、コポリビニルアルコール、酢酸コポリビニル、酢酸コポリビニルアルコールおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムからなる群から選択されたサイズ剤0.001〜約10%と、
を含み、かつさらに(d)組合せた形で1グラムあたり2000ナノモル未満のナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウムおよびアルミニウムを含んでいてよい、半導体製造の部品である物品であって、(a)、(b)および(c)の各々におけるwt%が部品の合計重量に基づくものである、物品である。
Claims (3)
- (a)約70wt%〜約90wt%の熱可塑性ポリマーと;
(b)約10〜約30wt%の細断炭素繊維と;
(c)ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール、コポリビニルアルコール、酢酸コポリビニル、酢酸コポリビニルアルコールおよびカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウムからなる群から選択されたサイズ剤0.001〜約10%と、
を含み、かつさらに(d)組合せた形で1グラムあたり2000ナノモル未満のナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウムおよびアルミニウムを含んでいてよい、半導体製造の部品である物品であって、(a)、(b)および(c)の各々における前記wt%が前記部品の合計重量に基づくものである、物品。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーがコポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン−ペルフルオロ[プロピルビニルエーテル])を含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が半導体製造の清浄用部品である、請求項1または2に記載の物品。
