Abstract
【解決手段】電動車両1の車体に揺動自在に取り付けられると共に電動車両1の後輪WRを駆動する電動モータMが収納されるスイングアーム30と、該スイングアーム30の内部空間と連通するダクト用切欠60aに一端側が接続されると共に他端側が車体側に指向するパイプ状のダクト60とを備え、ダクト60の内部に電動モータMの駆動に用いられるハーネス52a,53aを通す。電動モータMはスイングアーム30の車体後方寄りに配設される。スイングアーム30は、その車体前方寄りの揺動軸19で車体に揺動自在に取り付けられ、ダクト60の一端側をスイングアーム30の車体前方寄りの上面に取り付ける。ハーネスは、バッテリを充電するために外部電源と接続される配線を含む。

Claims (9)
- 電動車両(1)の車体に揺動自在に取り付けられると共に前記電動車両(1)の駆動輪(WR)を駆動する電動モータ(M)が収納されるスイングアーム(30)と、該スイングアーム(30)の内部空間と連通する孔(60a)に一端側が接続されると共に他端側が車体側に指向するパイプ状のダクト(60)とを備える電動車両において、
前記ダクト(60)に、前記電動モータ(M)の駆動に用いられるハーネス(52a,53a)が挿通されていることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 前記電動モータ(M)は、前記スイングアーム(30)の車体後方寄りに配設されており、
前記スイングアーム(30)は、該スイングアーム(30)の車体前方寄りに設けられた揺動軸(19)によって車体に揺動自在に取り付けられており、
前記ダクト(60)の一端側は、前記スイングアーム(30)の車体前方寄りの上面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)の内部に、前記電動モータ(M)に電力を供給するバッテリ(40a,40b)が収納されており、
前記ハーネス(52a,53a)は、少なくとも前記バッテリ(40a,40b)を充電するために外部電源と接続される配線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電動車両。 - 前記ダクト(60)の他端側は、前記電動車両(1)に設けられた車体側接続部(21)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電動車両。
- 前記電動車両(1)は、スクータ型の電動2輪車両であり、
前記車体側接続部(21)は、前記電動車両(1)のシート(20)の下部に設けられた収納ボックスであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動車両。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)の内部に、前記電動モータ(M)に電力を供給するバッテリ(40a,40b)と、前記電動モータ(M)の制御装置(50)とが収納されており、
前記ハーネス(52a,53a)は、前記スイングアーム(30)の内部で前記制御装置(50)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電動車両。 - 前記スイングアーム(30)は、前記バッテリ(40a,40b)が収納される幅広ケース部(34)と、前記駆動輪を支持する片持ちアーム部(33)とからなる本体ケース(31)とを備え、
前記制御装置(50)は、車体側面視で、前記幅広ケース部(34)および前記片持ちアーム部(33)とオーバーラップして配設されると共に、前記電動モータ(M)の車体前方側に近接配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動車両。 - 前記バッテリ(40a,40b)を収納する本体ケース(202)に形成される収納空間(210)の壁面(211)には、前記バッテリ(40a,40b)に形成されたガイド溝と係合するガイド(212)が、前記バッテリ(40a,40b)の挿入方向に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動車両。
- 前記バッテリ(40a,40b)を収納する本体ケース(202)は、前記バッテリ(40a,40b)が車幅方向の左右いずれか一方から挿入されるように構成されていると共に、車幅方向に少なくとも2つに分割可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動車両。
