Abstract
【解決手段】第1スイッチング素子124と第2スイッチング素子134のスイッチング制御のスキューを調整する昇圧コンバータ回路装置10であって、昇圧コンバータ回路装置10を一旦製造した後に、各スイッチング素子のスイッチング制御のタイミングスキューのスキュー値を記憶するスキュー計測記憶処理部204と、記憶したスキュー値を補正して、第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号を用いて各スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御した場合のタイミングスキューのスキュー値がゼロとなるように第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号のタイミング関係を調整するタイミング調整処理部206とを備える。

Claims (3)
- リアクトル素子にエネルギを蓄積させるためにスイッチング動作する第1スイッチング素子と、第1スイッチング素子に並列に設けられるコンデンサ素子と、第1スイッチング素子がスイッチング動作する前にコンデンサ素子に蓄積された電荷を除去するためにスイッチング動作する第2スイッチング素子と、を含む電圧変換回路と、
第1スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御するための第1パルス信号と、第2スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御するための第2パルス信号とをそれぞれ所定のタイミング関係で生成する制御部と、
を備える電圧変換回路装置を一旦製造した後に、各スイッチング素子のスイッチング制御のタイミングスキューを調整する電圧変換回路装置であって、
電圧変換回路装置を一旦製造した後に、所定のタイミング関係にあるスキュー記憶用パルス信号を用いて各スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御し、各スイッチング素子のスイッチング制御のタイミングスキューのスキュー値を記憶するスキュー記憶部と、
記憶したスキュー値を補正して、第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号を用いて各スイッチング素子をスイッチング制御した場合のタイミングスキューのスキュー値がゼロとなるように第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号のタイミング関係を調整するタイミング調整部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電圧変換回路装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電圧変換回路装置において、
タイミング調整部は、
制御部がスキュー値を考慮したタイミング関係で第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号を生成するように変更することを特徴とする電圧変換回路装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電圧変換回路装置において、
タイミング調整部は、
スキュー値が許容範囲内となるように、第1パルス信号と第2パルス信号を遅延させる遅延調整回路であることを特徴とする電圧変換回路装置。
