Abstract
Description
銅が、約2〜20wt%、好ましくは5〜15wt%、
クロムが、約11〜35wt%、好ましくは20〜30wt%、
ニッケルが、約0〜30wt%、好ましくは10〜20wt%、
シリコンが、約2〜6wt%、
燐が、約4〜8wt%、
鉄が少なくとも20wt%の含有量
である。
鑞材0.2グラムが、寸法50×50mmの304ステンレス鋼板の基板上に置かれた。次いで、鑞材を載せた基板が、10−4トルの真空中で、1120℃で10分間加熱された。濡れ性は、下記に定義される広がり比によって判定された。即ち、

Afは融解した鑞材によって覆われた面積であり、Asは基板の面積である。
鑞材を、その金属粉体をバインダと混合することによってペーストに変えた。304ステンレス鋼を基材として使用した。図1によるT形試験片を、10−4トルの真空中で、1100℃で10分間鑞付けした。鑞付け後、T形試験片を横断して切断した。鑞付け継手の断面領域を、光学顕微鏡で調べた。優れた鑞付け継手は、均質なミクロ組織を有する、細孔及び亀裂の無い継手として定義される。
継手強度は、100μmの平行な間隙を有する重ね形式の継手形状向けのANSI/AWS C3.2M/C3.2.2001に推奨されているものと同様な手順を用いて試験された。鑞材を、バインダと混合することによってペーストに変えた。ペーストを付した継手強度試験片を、次いで、10−4トルの真空中で、1120℃に60分間加熱した。
腐蝕は、腐蝕媒体中に7日置いた後の鑞材の重量減少として測定した。鑞材を融解させて小さなタブレットにした。タブレットを、10%HCl及び10%H2SO4それぞれの水溶液を入れたビーカ内に入れた。タブレットは、ビーカに入れる前と7日後に重さを量った。重量の減少を計算した。

- ステンレス鋼基材の鑞付けに適した鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体において、
11〜35wt%のクロムと、
0〜30wt%のニッケルと、
2〜20wt%の銅と、
2〜6wt%のシリコンと、
4〜8wt%の燐と、
0〜10wt%のマンガンと、
少なくとも20wt%の鉄と
を含むことを特徴とする鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体。 - 11〜35wt%のクロムと、
0〜30wt%のニッケルと、
2〜20wt%の銅と、
2〜6wt%のシリコンと、
4〜8wt%の燐と、
0〜10wt%のマンガンと、
1wt%未満の量の微量元素と
を含み、
粉体の残りの部分が少なくとも20wt%の含有量の鉄から成る、請求項1に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体。 - ニッケル含有量が10〜20wt%である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体。

- 前記鉄系鑞材粉体が10〜100μmの平均粒径を有する、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体。
- 前記鉄系鑞材が、従来の方法によって、ペースト、テープ、薄片、又は他の形態に変えられる、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体。
- 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体の炉中鑞付けへの使用。
- 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体の、熱交換器及び触媒コンバータの鑞付けへの使用。
- 請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄−クロム系鑞材粉体によって鉄基材料を接合することを特徴とする、前記鉄基基材の鑞付けによる鑞付け製品の製造。
