Abstract
【解決手段】電線の導体Wに圧着して接続される導体圧着部12を有し、該導体圧着部12が、導体が内面に載る底板21と、底板の左右両側に延設されて底板の内面上に載せられた導体を包むように内側に向けて丸められ、各先端22Aが導体に食い込むように加締められる左右一対の導体加締片22,22とにより、底板21が湾曲した断面略U字状に形成された圧着端子において、少なくとも底板から導体加締片までの範囲のいずれかの部位の壁板に、該壁板の外面からの凹状の打ち込みによって内面が凸部31Tになったビード31が形成されると共に、底板21の幅方向の中央部に、潰し加工することで加工硬化させた加工硬化部Eが形成されている。

Claims (2)
- 電線の導体に圧着して接続される導体圧着部を有し、該導体圧着部が、前記導体が内面に載る底板と、該底板の左右両側に延設されて該底板の内面上に載せられた前記導体を包むように内側に向けて丸められ、各先端が前記導体に食い込むように加締められる左右一対の導体加締片とにより、前記底板が湾曲した断面略U字状または前記底板が平板状になった断面略コ字状に形成された圧着端子において、
少なくとも前記底板から前記導体加締片までの範囲のいずれかの部位の壁板に、該壁板の外面からの凹状の打ち込みによって内面が凸部になったビードが形成されると共に、前記底板の幅方向の中央部に、潰し加工することで加工硬化させた加工硬化部が形成されていることを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 電線の導体に圧着して接続される導体圧着部を有し、該導体圧着部が、前記導体が内面に載る底板と、該底板の左右両側に延設されて該底板の内面上に載せられた前記導体を包むように内側に向けて丸められ、各先端が前記導体に食い込むように加締められる左右一対の導体加締片とにより、前記底板が湾曲した断面略U字状または前記底板が平板状になった断面略コ字状に形成された圧着端子の製造方法において、
1枚の金属板をプレス打ち抜きにより平らな展開状態の端子形状を形成し、その際、少なくとも前記底板から前記導体加締片までの範囲のいずれかの部位の壁板に、該壁板を曲げて前記底板から前記導体加締片を加工する際に外面となる側からの凹状の打ち込みによって内面となる側が凸部になったビードを形成する工程と、
該工程後、前記壁板をプレスにより、前記底板から前記導体加締片を前記断面略U字状または前記断面略コ字状に曲げ加工する際に、前記底板の幅方向中央を潰し金型で潰しながら、前記ビードはそのまま残して、前記底板の潰した部分を加工硬化部とした状態で前記底板から前記導体加締片を曲げ加工することを特徴とする圧着端子の製造方法。
