Description

フロントタンクカバー６３の裏面には、車幅方向に離間する一対のタンク用係止部７０（図７参照）を有する。タンク用係止部７０は、フロントタンクカバー６３の裏面から突出して設けられている。図６に示すように、タンク用係止部７０の先端部には、外径の大きな拡径部７０ａを有する。拡径部７０ａは、フロントタンクカバー用係止部５５の弾性部材７１の係止穴７１ａにはめ込むことができるように形成されている。
サイドカバー６５は、図１、図８及び図９に示すように、フロントタンクサイドカバー６４の後部に連続して配置される。サイドカバー６５は、側面視で、燃料タンク５１の前後方向における略中央部の下部から後方部を覆うと共に、メインシート８５ａの下端部から車体中央部を覆う。サイドカバー６５は、側面視で、略台形（逆台形）状に形成される。サイドカバー６５は、係止穴６５ａ（図５参照）と、２つのタンク用係止部７０（図７参照）を裏面に有する。
そのため、燃料タンク５１と複数のタンクカバー（フロントタンクカバー６３及びフロントタンクサイドカバー６４）との間におけるクリアランス管理を、カバー用支持部材８０によって一元的に行うことができる。従って、自動二輪車１Ａの生産性を向上することができる。
