Claims (15)
- ポンプロータ(10)に接続されたロータ軸(14)と、
内側軸受リング(16)、外側軸受リング(22)、及び前記内側及び外側軸受リング間に配置された軸受支持体(24)を夫々含んでいる2個の軸受配置(12)によって、前記ロータ軸(14)が支持されている軸ハウジング(20)と、
前記外側軸受リング(22)及び軸ハウジング(20)に接して配置されており、ひいては前記ロータ軸(14)に隣り合って配置されており、放熱すべく機能する減衰用振動要素(26,28) と
を備えており、特に、例えばターボ分子ポンプのような高速で回転するポンプのためのポンプ軸受配置において、
前記振動要素は、少なくとも0.3W/mK の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とするポンプ軸受配置。 - 前記振動要素(26,28) の熱伝導率は、0.35W/mKより高く、好ましくは0.4W/mK より高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は、エラストマ材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は、シリコンを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素は、エラストジル(Elastosil )を含んでおり、好ましくはエラストジル(Elastosil )R840を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記外側軸受リング(22)と前記軸ハウジング(20)との間に間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は金属粒子を含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は、40乃至85ショアAのショアA硬度を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は環形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は、矩形状又は円形状の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26)は、径方向の運動を減衰するために、前記外側軸受リング(22)を囲んでおり、好ましくは前記外側軸受リングの全周を囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 前記振動要素(26,28) は、前記軸ハウジング(20)に設けられた溝(30,34) に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 複数の前記振動要素(26,28) が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のポンプ軸受配置。
- 特に高速で回転するポンプのためのポンプ軸受配置に振動要素(26,28) を使用する方法であり、該振動要素は少なくとも0.3W/mK の熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれかに係る前記振動要素が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
