Claims (33)

  1. 複数の量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶で構成されるナノ材料と、
    複数の散乱粒子と、
    および液体媒体と、
    で構成される、インク組成物。
  2. 散乱粒子が金属または金属酸化物粒子、気泡、中実ガラスビーズ、または中空ガラスビーズを含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  3. 散乱粒子がTiO、SiO、BaTiO、およびZnOを含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  4. 散乱粒子の少なくとも一部が球形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  5. 散乱粒子が球形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  6. 散乱粒子の少なくとも一部が、液体媒質中での分散性および安定性を改善するための表面処理を含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  7. 散乱粒子が平均粒径0.2μmのTiOの粒子で構成される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  8. 散乱粒子の濃度が0.001〜20重量%の範囲にある、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  9. 散乱粒子の濃度が0.1〜10重量%の範囲にある、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  10. 散乱粒子の濃度が0.1〜3重量%の範囲にある、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  11. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約0.1mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  12. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約1mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  13. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約5mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  14. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約10mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  15. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約25mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  16. インク組成物が液体媒体1mlに付き、量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶を少なくとも約50mg含む、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  17. 量子閉じ込め半導体ナノ結晶の少なくとも一部がコア/シェル構造で構成される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  18. インク組成物が分散物で構成される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  19. インク組成物がコロイド状分散物で構成される、請求項1に記載のインク組成物。
  20. 複数の量子閉じ込めコア−シェル半導体ナノ結晶で構成されるナノ材料と、
    複数の散乱粒子と、
    液体媒体と、
    で構成されるインク組成物であって、液体媒体は、架橋することが可能である1つ以上の官能基を含む、インク組成物。
  21. 官能単位がUV処理によって架橋可能である、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  22. 官能単位が熱処理によって架橋可能である、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  23. 架橋することが可能である1個以上の官能基を含む組成物および液体媒体が同じである、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  24. 液体媒体が、液体媒質およびこれ自体が架橋することが可能である1個以上の官能基を含む組成物の混合物で構成される、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  25. 架橋することが可能である1個以上の官能基を含む組成物が、共溶媒を液体媒体と共に含む、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  26. インク組成物が分散物で構成される、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  27. インク組成物がコロイド状分散物で構成される、請求項20に記載のインク組成物。
  28. 複数の半導体ナノ結晶およびTiOで構成される散乱粒子で構成されるインク組成物であって、散乱粒子が約1〜約5重量%の範囲の濃度で含まれる、インク組成物。
  29. ナノ材料および液体媒体で構成され、液体媒体は過フルオロ化合物で構成される、インク組成物。
  30. 液体媒体がFluorinert FC−77で構成される、請求項29に記載のインク組成物。
  31. 散乱体をさらに含む、請求項29に記載のインク組成物。
  32. ナノ材料が半導体ナノ結晶で構成される、請求項29に記載のインク組成物。
  33. 半導体ナノ結晶の少なくとも一部が半導体ナノ結晶の表面にフッ化リガンドを含む、請求項32に記載のインク組成物。
