Description
a)750℃超の定常温度に耐える熱的能力;

Claims (18)
- 2段ターボ過給システムの2つのタービンハウジング(1、2)を接続するための接続装置であって、
前記2つのタービンハウジングを結合するための雄/雌継手(10、20);
排気ガスを封止するための、前記雄/雌継手の内側に圧縮下において取り付けられる円筒状リングシール(3);および
前記2つのタービンハウジング間に位置決めされた、平ワッシャの形状の振動ダンパ(4)、
を含み、
前記円筒状リングシールが、物質で含浸されたワイヤメッシュで作製されており、かつ前記振動ダンパが、含浸されていないワイヤメッシュで作製されている、接続装置。 - 前記円筒状リングシールおよび前記振動ダンパのうちの少なくとも1つの前記ワイヤメッシュがステンレス鋼製である、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記ワイヤメッシュが300系ステンレス鋼製である、請求項2に記載の接続装置。
- 含浸した物質が、熱的能力、取付け時の耐久性、使用中の耐久性、および温度範囲にわたる潤滑性を含む基準に基づいて選択される、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記含浸した物質が、バーミキュライトまたはグラファイトである、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記振動ダンパが、励振範囲において振動を減衰させるように調整された弾性係数を有する、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記弾性係数が、ワイヤの直径および織密度を含む、請求項6に記載の接続装置。
- 前記ワイヤの直径が約0.10〜0.40mmであり、かつ密度が約10〜80%である、請求項7に記載の接続装置。
- 前記ワイヤの直径が約0.28mmであり、かつ密度が約15〜25%である、請求項8に記載の接続装置。
- 前記円筒状リングシールが、約0.15〜0.30mmのワイヤの直径、約3.0〜6.0mmの厚さ、および約70〜80%の密度のワイヤ量を有する、請求項1に記載の接続装置。
- 前記円筒状リングシールが約0.20mmのワイヤの直径を有する、請求項10に記載の接続装置。
- 前記ダンパが約2.0〜10.0mmの厚さを有する、請求項10に記載の接続装置。
- 雄側連結部(10)のあるハウジング(2)を有する第1のタービン;
雌側連結部(20)のあるハウジング(1)を有する第2のタービン;
ここで、前記雄側および雌側連結は、雄/雌継手を形成するために接続可能であり、
排気ガスを封止するための、前記雄/雌継手の内側に圧縮下において取り付けられる円筒状リングシール(3);および
前記2つのハウジング間に配置された、平ワッシャの形状の振動ダンパ(4)
を含み、前記円筒状リングシールが、物質で含浸されたワイヤメッシュで作製されており、かつ前記振動ダンパが含浸されていないワイヤメッシュで作製されている、2段ターボチャージャシステム。 - 前記円筒状リングシールおよび前記振動ダンパのうちの少なくとも1つの前記ワイヤメッシュがステンレス鋼製である、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 含浸した物質が、バーミキュライトまたはグラファイトである、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動ダンパが、励振範囲において振動を減衰させるように調整された弾性係数を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記円筒状リングシールが、約0.15〜0.30mmのワイヤの直径、約3.0〜6.0mmの厚さ、および約70〜80%の密度のワイヤ量を有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動ダンパが約2.0〜10.0mmの厚さを有する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
