Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池パックは、それぞれ正極端子21および負極端子22を有し、並んで配設された複数の単位セル電池10と、複数の単位セル電池の上に配設され、単位セル電池の電圧、温度を監視する電池監視用基板14と、それぞれ隣り合う単位セル電池の電極端子同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバー18と、を備えている。バスバーは、このバスバーと同一材料により形成された検出用の接続片36を有し、接続片は電池監視用基板に直接ハンダ接続されている。

図1は、第1の実施形態に係る二次電池パック全体を示す斜視図、図2は、二次電池パックの基板と接続片との接続部分を拡大して示す斜視図、図3は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と基板とを分解して示す分解斜視図、図4は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体を分解して示す分解斜視図、図5は、図1の線A−Aに沿った二次電池パックの断面図である。
バスバー18の接続端子36および出力端子40の接続端子42は、互いにほぼ同じ高さに形成され、2列に並んで配置されている。
図6は、第2の実施形態に係る二次電池パック全体を示す斜視図、図7は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と回路基板とを分解して示す分解斜視図、図8は、二次電池パックの電池パック本体と回路基板との接続部を拡大して示す分解斜視図、図9は、二次電池パックの回路基板と接続片との接続部分を拡大して示す平面図である。
第2の実施形態において、前述した第1の実施形態と同一の部分には同一の参照符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略し、異なる部分を中心に説明する。
電池パック本体12および電池監視回路基板14の他の構成は、前述した第1の実施形態と同一である。
バスバーの形状および材質、また、筐体の形状、材質、構造は、前述した実施形態に限らず、適宜変更することができる。

Claims (6)
- それぞれ正極端子および負極端子を有し、並んで配設された複数の単位セル電池と、
前記複数の単位セル電池の上に配設され、前記単位セル電池の電圧、温度を監視する電池監視用基板と、
それぞれ隣り合う単位セル電池の電極端子同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーと、を備え、
前記バスバーは、このバスバーと同一材料により形成された検出用の接続片を有し、
前記接続片は前記電池監視用基板に直接ハンダ接続されている二次電池パック。 - 前記電池監視用基板は、それぞれ前記接続片が挿通される複数の係合孔と、前記係合孔の周囲に形成された導電層と、を有し、前記接続片は前記係合孔に挿通され前記導電層にハンダ付けされている請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記電池監視用基板は、その側縁に形成された複数の切欠きと、前記切欠きの内面を含む切欠きの周囲に形成された導電層と、を有し、
前記接続片は前記電池情報監視用基板の切欠きに係合し、前記導電層にハンダ付けされている請求項1に記載の二次電池パック。 - 前記電池監視用基板は、前記複数の単位セル電池に対応した大きさの矩形状を有し、前記電池監視基板の対向する2つの側縁に、それぞれ前記複数の切欠きが形成されている請求項3に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記バスバーおよび接続片は、金属板を折り曲げて形成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池パック。
- 前記バスバーは、それぞれ単位セル電池の電極端子が係合する一対の端子開口を有し、前記接続片は、前記端子開口の間で前記バスバーから延出している請求項5に記載の二次電池パック。
