本発明によれば前記副切刃縁に隣接しかつ逃げ面の上に配置された面取り部が外方へそれぞれ0に減少する面取り部幅で設けられている。
Description
Claims (10)
- フライスカッタヘッドに固定するための切刃保持体であって、シャフト状のピンと、切削面と逃げ面とから形成された副切刃縁(25)を備えた切刃が内部に溶接されたヘッドとから成る形式のものにおいて、前記副切刃縁(25)に隣接しかつ前記逃げ面に配置された面取り部(29)を有し、該面取り部(29)が外へそれぞれ0へ減少する面取り部幅を有していることを特徴とする、切刃保持体。
- 前記面取り部(29)が前記副切刃縁(25)に対し、ほぼ中央に配置されている、請求項1記載の切刃保持体。
- 最大の面取り部幅が≦10μm、有利には≦4μmである、請求項1又は2記載の切刃保持体。
- 最大の面取り部幅が両側へ連続的に0μmに減少しかつ/又は面取り部(29)が副切刃幅全体に亙って延在している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の切刃保持体。
- 前記面取り部(29)が2つの連続する研削行程で、すなわち、前記切刃縁に隣接する逃げ面領域(28)をコンベックスに又は屋根形に第1の研削を行いかつ次いでこの逃げ面領域を部分的に平滑研磨することで形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の切刃保持体。
- コンベックスに研磨された逃げ面領域の半径がR=900mm±100mmである、請求項5記載の切刃保持体。
- 逃げ角が10°±2°である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の切刃保持体。
- 屈曲された切刃を有し、この場合、中央の切刃部分(25b)がピン長手方向軸線に対して直角にかつこれに側方で接続した切刃部分領域(25a,25c)が中央の切刃部分(25b)に対し≦10°、有利には≦5°の角度で傾斜させられている、請求項5記載の切刃保持体。
- 中央の切刃部分領域(25b)に対する半径方向外にある屈曲した切刃部分領域(25a)の長さの比が2:3及び/又は半径方向外にある副切刃部分領域(25a)に対する半径方向内にある屈曲された切刃部分領域(25c)の長さの比が2:1である、請求項8記載の切刃保持体。
- 基体の切欠きに挿入された複数の切刃保持体を有し、該切刃保持体にそれぞれ切刃がろう付けされており、切刃保持体がそれぞれ楔体を介して軸方向に調節可能でかつフライスヘッドにクランプエレメントで固定可能である形式のものにおいて、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の2つの切刃保持体が互いに等角度寸法で配置されていることを特徴とする、フライスカッタヘッド。
