Abstract
【解決手段】筐体10内の制御部(CPU)8内で、薬剤認識部8aはカートリッジ11の薬剤収容部1に収容された薬剤の種類を認識する。さらに、薬剤認識部8aによって認識された薬剤の種類に基づいて、決定部8bは薬剤を吸入する際の空気の吸入量を決定する。薬剤噴霧部3は気流路4内に配置されており、薬剤噴霧部3から噴霧された薬剤は、利用者によって吸入口5から吸入される。決定部8bによって決定された吸入量は、筐体10に設けられた表示部によって利用者に告知される。

Description
図2は、第1の実施形態を示す。これは、図1の装置に吸入量センサ12を付加したものである。薬剤認識部8aで薬剤を認識した後に、利用者の肺活量または安静時呼吸における吸入量を吸入量センサ12で測定して、それらの情報をもとに決定部8bで薬剤に最適な吸入量を決定する。その場合、治療を行う日の体調による肺活量などの違いを考慮できる。
図3は、第2の実施形態を示す。これは、図2の装置に記憶部13を付加したもので、記憶部13に、吸入量を測定する吸入量センサ12によって測定された利用者の肺活量と安静時呼吸における吸入量を、決定部8bが薬剤に最適な吸入量を決定する前に予め登録しておくことも可能である。この場合、肺活量や安静時における吸入量における変化が少ない利用者にとって、吸入治療をする度に肺活量などを測定する手間が省けるので好ましい。
図4は、第3の実施形態を示す。ここでは、利用者の吸入に先立ち、決定部8bにより決定された適切な吸入量を利用者に告知するための最適吸入量を表示する告知手段である表示部14が設けられている。利用者は吸入に先立って最適な吸入量を把握することで、吸入に対する心構えが可能となり、最適な吸入量を実現できる可能性が高くなる。
図6は、第4の実施形態を示す。これは、利用者の吸入を禁止する禁止手段として、吸入量センサ12に接続された電磁弁駆動部15によって駆動される電磁弁16が気流路4に配置されている。利用者が吸入開始する前の段階では、電磁弁16は開放状態である。吸入量センサ12から送られてくる情報に基づき、利用者がその時点までに吸入した空気の吸入量が最適吸入量に到達すると、電磁弁駆動部15によって電磁弁16が閉じ、気流路4が閉鎖系になることで利用者はそれ以上吸入することができなくなる。このように最適吸入量に到達すると気流路4を閉鎖系にすることで、利用者は適切な吸入量より多量の空気を吸入することができなくなり、最適な吸入量を実現しやすくなる。

Claims (7)
- 薬剤を収容する薬剤収容部と、
薬剤を噴霧する薬剤噴霧部と、
噴霧された薬剤を含む空気を利用者が吸入するための吸入部と、
前記薬剤収容部に収容された薬剤の種類を識別する薬剤識別手段と、
前記薬剤識別手段によって識別された薬剤の種類に応じて、利用者が吸入すべき吸入量を決定する決定手段と、を有することを特徴とする吸入装置。 - 利用者が吸入した吸入量を測定する吸入量センサを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入装置。
- 前記決定手段により決定された吸入量を利用者に告知する告知手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸入装置。
- 前記告知手段は、前記吸入量センサにより測定された吸入量と前記決定手段により決定された吸入量との関連を示す情報を利用者に告知することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸入装置。
- 前記告知手段は、吸入中の利用者に対して、前記決定手段により決定された吸入量に対して何割の吸入を行ったかという情報を提供することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸入装置。
- 前記告知手段は、前記吸入量センサにより測定された吸入量が、前記決定手段により決定された吸入量に達したときに、その旨を告知することを特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の吸入装置。
- 前記吸入量センサにより測定された吸入量が、前記決定手段により決定された吸入量に達したときに、利用者の吸入を禁止する禁止手段を有することを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の吸入装置。
