Abstract
【解決手段】被検試料、試薬、及び添加剤の各液体を収容し、測定項目の成分を測定するセンサ18を有するマイクロカセット1と、このマイクロカセット1内の各液体を制御する液体制御部3を有する装置本体2とを備え、この液体制御部3によってマイクロカセット1内に収容された被検試料に含まれる測定に不用な所定の無形成分を、添加剤を添加することにより有形化した第1の被検試料を生成し、生成した第1の被検試料からこの第1の被検試料に含まれる有形成分を分離して第2の被検試料を生成する。そして、生成した第2の被検試料及び試薬の混合液をセンサ18で測定し、測定したセンサ18からの信号に基づいて分析データを生成する。

Claims (11)
- 被検試料と試薬とを収容するマイクロカセットが着脱自在に装着された装置本体を備えたマイクロ化学分析装置において、
前記マイクロカセット内に収容された被検試料からこの被検試料に含まれる所定の無形成分を有形化して第1の被検試料を生成する処理手段と、
前記処理手段により生成された第1の被検試料から、この第1の被検試料に含まれる有形成分を除去して第2の被検試料を生成する分離手段と、
前記分離手段により生成された第2の被検試料及び前記マイクロカセット内に収容された試薬の混合液を測定して分析データを生成する分析データ生成手段とを
備えたことを特徴とするマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記マイクロカセット内には前記所定の無形成分を有形化する添加剤が収容され、
前記処理手段は、前記マイクロカセット内に収容された被検試料に前記添加剤を添加して第1の被検試料を生成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記マイクロカセット内には前記第1の被検試料を濾過するための濾過膜が保持され、
前記分離手段は、前記濾過膜を用いて前記第1の被検試料を濾過して第2の被検試料を生成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記装置本体には前記マイクロカセットを回転して前記第1の被検試料に遠心力を与える回転手段が設けられ、
前記分離手段は、前記回転手段を用いて前記第1の被検試料を遠心分離して第2の被検試料を生成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記マイクロカセット内に収容された試薬は、少なくとも第1及び第2の試薬からなり、
前記分析データ生成手段は、前記処理手段により生成された第2の被検試料から分注された第3の被検試料と前記第1の試薬との混合液を測定して第1の分析データを生成し、前記第2の被検試料から分注された第4の被検試料と前記第2の試薬との混合液を測定して第2の分析データを生成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記装置本体は、複数のマイクロカセットが着脱可能な開口部を有し、
前記分析データ生成手段は、前記開口部から装着された前記複数のマイクロカセットに対応する各分析データを生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記マイクロカセット内に複数の被検試料の収容が可能な少なくとも第1及び第2の被検試料収容部と、前記第1及び第2の被検試料収容部に対応する第1及び第2の試薬が収容された第1及び第2の試薬収容部を有し、
前記分析データ生成手段は、前記第1の被検試料部に収容された被検試料と前記第1の試薬の混合液を測定して第1の分析データを生成し、前記第2の被検試料部に収容された被検試料と前記第2の試薬の混合液を測定して第2の分析データを生成するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記マイクロカセット内に収容された被検試料は血液であり、
この血液に含まれる血球数又は前記血液の凝固時間を計測する計測手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。 - 前記所定の無形成分は、血液に含まれる蛋白質、糖質、及び脂質の内の少なくとも1つの成分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ化学分析装置。
