Abstract
【解決手段】ベースフィルム11の片面に、多数の独立気泡12を備えたキャップフィルム13を貼り合わせてなる気泡性緩衝シートの片面の少なくとも一部に、粘着剤層14が配設され、ベースフィルム11が、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムから構成される、または、ベースフィルム21に、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルム22が積層されてなる、あるいは、キャップフィルム13に、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルム22が積層されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シートである。

Description
幅方向(矢印X方向:図3参照)に、JIS K 7128−2 エルメンドルフ引き裂き法に準じて引き裂いたところ、長手方向(矢印Y方向:図3参照)に約3.1度逸れた程度であり、ほぼ真っ直ぐに横裂きすることができた。また、幅方向に手裂きしたところ、±2mm程度の逸れ具合で、十分満足できる程度に真っ直ぐに横裂きすることができた。
幅方向(矢印X方向:図3参照)に、JIS K 7128−2 エルメンドルフ引き裂き法に準じて引き裂いたところ、長手方向(矢印Y方向:図3参照)に約45.8度逸れた。その後は、1〜4cm裂けて、後は完全に矢印Y方向に裂けた。なお、切り口はガタガタで直線的には切れなかった。

- ベースフィルムの片面に、多数の独立気泡を備えたキャップフィルムを貼り合わせてなる気泡性緩衝シートの片面の少なくとも一部に、粘着剤層が配設されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シートであって、
前記ベースフィルムが、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムから構成されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。 - ベースフィルムの片面に、多数の独立気泡を備えたキャップフィルムを貼り合わせてなる気泡性緩衝シートの片面の少なくとも一部に、粘着剤層が配設されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シートであって、
前記ベースフィルムに、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムが積層されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。 - ベースフィルムの片面に、多数の独立気泡を備えたキャップフィルムを貼り合わせてなる気泡性緩衝シートの片面の少なくとも一部に、粘着剤層が配設されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シートであって、
前記キャップフィルムに、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムが積層されてなる自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。 - 前記ベースフィルムが、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムから構成されてなる請求項3記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記ベースフィルムに、幅方向に横裂き可能な熱可塑性フィルムが積層されてなる請求項3記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記粘着剤層が配設されている面とは反対側の面に、凹部を形成してなる請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記凹部が、前記独立気泡と対向する位置に配設されてなる請求項6記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記熱可塑性フィルムが、インフレーション成形により形成されてなる請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記熱可塑性フィルムが、ブロー比4以上で形成した高密度ポリエチレンフィルムからなる請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
- 前記熱可塑性フィルムが、ブロー比3以下で形成した低密度ポリエチレンフィルムからなる請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の自己粘着性気泡性緩衝シート。
