Abstract
【解決手段】車両100は、複数の回転電機(モータジェネレータMG1〜MG3、モータMA)と、複数の回転電機を駆動する駆動部とを備える駆動装置を搭載する。車両100の駆動制御装置は、駆動装置における漏電を検出する漏電検出器42と、制御装置30とを備える。制御装置30は、車両100の停止中に漏電検出器42の検出結果を受けて漏電部位を特定して、漏電部位に応じて、複数の回転電機のうち、車両の次回駆動時に動作を許可する回転電機を決定する。

Description
図1を参照して、車両100は、バッテリB1と、接続部40と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、エンジン4と、動力分配機構3と、車輪2と、制御装置30と、漏電検出器42とを含む。
動作モード設定部34は、起動指示IGがオン状態からオフ状態に変化すると、昇圧コンバータ制御部31と、MG用インバータ制御部32と、リレー制御部33と、エアコン制御部35との各々を動作させたり停止させたりしながら、そのときの電圧値Vkに基づいて車両100(図1)において絶縁抵抗の低下が生じている部位を特定する。次に、動作モード設定部34は、絶縁抵抗の低下が生じている部位に応じた動作モードを決定する。ここまでの処理が車両100の動作停止時における処理である。続いて、起動指示IGがオフ状態からオン状態に変化すると、動作モード設定部34は、決定した動作モードに応じて昇圧コンバータ制御部31と、MG用インバータ制御部32と、リレー制御部33と、エアコン制御部35とに対して、制御動作を行なうよう指示したり、制御動作を禁止したりする。これにより車両100の次回起動時には、決定した動作モードに従って車両100が動作する。
図3を参照して、漏電検出器42は、交流電源61と、抵抗62と、コンデンサ63と、バンドパスフィルタ64と、ピークホールド回路65とを含む。なお、説明の便宜上、図1に示すサービスプラグSPおよびフューズFは図3に示していない。
図4および図1を参照して、駆動装置DRVは領域AR1〜AR6に分割される。このうち領域AR1,AR5を含む部分が駆動部DR1に含まれる。なお図4において斜線にて示す範囲は高電圧回路を含む範囲である。
図5および図3を参照して、交流信号VN1は、バンドパスフィルタ64が出力する交流信号である。交流信号VN1は、回路系70あるいはバッテリB1において漏電が発生していないとき波形WV1からなる。一方、交流信号VN1は、回路系70およびバッテリB1のいずれかにおいて漏電が発生しているときには波形WV2からなる。ピークホールド回路65は、波形WV1に基づいて電圧値Vk1を出力し、波形WV2に基づいて電圧値Vk2を出力する。
図6および図2を参照して、動作モード設定部34は、システムメインリレー(SMR)に対するフラグ1,フラグ2,フラグ3を記憶する。ここで「SMR」は、システムメインリレーSMRB,SMRP,SMRGを一括して示すものである。
図9を参照して、モータジェネレータMG1の回転数、モータジェネレータMG2の回転数、およびエンジン4の回転数は、エンジン回転数の両側にモータジェネレータMG1,MG2の回転数を配置した場合、常に直線上に位置するように変化する。
図10および図1を参照して、まず、制御装置30は、起動指示IGがオン状態であるか否かを判定する(ステップS31)。起動指示IGがオン状態でない場合、すなわち、車両100が停止中である場合(ステップS31においてNO)、ステップS31の判定処理が繰返される。一方、起動指示IGがオン状態である場合、すなわち、制御装置30に起動指示が入力された場合(ステップS31においてYES)、制御装置30は図8のフローチャートに示す処理において設定された動作モードで車両を動作させる(ステップS32)。なお、動作モードが「通常動作モード」以外の場合には、動作モード設定部34は、信号EMGを出力する。これにより図1に示す警告ランプ60が点灯する。
図11は、図1に示す車両100の第1の変形例を示す図である。
図12および図2を参照して、制御装置30AはMG用インバータ制御部32に代えてMG用インバータ制御部32Aを含む点で制御装置30と異なる。
図13および図8を参照して、図13のフローチャートはステップS17,S18の処理が省略されている点で図8のフローチャートと異なる。さらに図13のフローチャートでは、MG1エリアにおいて絶縁抵抗の低下が生じていない場合(ステップS15においてNO)、ステップS19の処理が実行される。この点においても図13のフローチャートは図8のフローチャートと異なる。
図15および図12を参照して、動作モード設定部34は、まず電池エリアまたは直流エリアにおいて絶縁抵抗の低下が生じているか否かを判定する(ステップS41)。電池エリアおよび直流エリアの一方または両方において絶縁抵抗の低下が生じている場合(ステップS41においてYES)、動作モード設定部34は、車両100Bの次回起動を禁止する(ステップS42)。

前記複数の回転電機は、
前記車両の前輪および後輪の他方を駆動するための第3の回転電機をさらに含み、
前記動作決定部は、前記駆動装置における前記漏電部位が前記第3の回転電機以外の部分である場合には、前記第3の回転電機の動作を許可する、請求項3に記載の車両の駆動制御装置。 - 前記複数の回転電機は、
前記車両の前輪および後輪の一方を駆動する第1の回転電機と、
前記車両の前輪および後輪の他方を駆動する第2の回転電機とを含み、
前記動作決定部は、前記漏電部位が前記第1および第2の回転電機の一方の回転電機である場合には、前記一方の回転電機の動作を禁止するとともに、他方の回転電機の動作を許可し、前記漏電部位が前記直流電源、および、前記電力変換部のいずれかである場合には、前記第1および第2の回転電機の動作を禁止する、請求項2に記載の車両の駆動制御装置。 - 前記複数の回転電機は、
前記第3の回転電機をさらに含み、
前記第3の回転電機に入力される電流の許容量は、前記第1および第2の回転電機のいずれに入力される電流の許容量よりも小さく、
前記動作決定部は、前記漏電部位が前記第3の回転電機および前記電力変換部のいずれかである場合には、前記第3の回転電機の動作を禁止する、請求項3または5に記載の車両の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車両の駆動制御装置と、
前記駆動装置とを備える、車両。
