Description
例えば、相対的に小さな追加的なブレーキ力成分をサービスブレーキシステムから供給する必要があるような任意の場合、例えば、自動車が荷を積んでおらず、かつ/または、道路の勾配が平坦である場合、サービスブレーキシステムは、パーキングブレーキシステムが所定のブレーキ力を発生した後に、追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力を発生させることができる。
図1はブレーキ機構の実施態様を示しており、ホイールブレーキRBは、本発明による方法により制御される。ブレーキ機構は、ブレーキラインBLを介して液圧的にホイールブレーキRBに作用するサービスブレーキ機構BBAを有する。電動作動ユニットとともにパーキングブレーキシステムFBAがホイールブレーキに搭載されている。
Claims (7)
- 運転者による操作とは独立にブレーキ力を発生させる、電気的に制御可能なサービスブレーキシステム(BBA)と、ブレーキ力を発生して、そのブレーキ力を維持する電気的に制御可能なパーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)とを有する自動車のブレーキ機構の方法であって、
所定の作動条件において、前記パーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)が発生可能なブレーキ力よりも大きいブレーキ力を維持しなければならない場合に、前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力を発生させることを特徴とする自動車のブレーキ機構の方法。 - 前記パーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)が発生可能なブレーキ力に到達した後に、前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は、追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力を解放することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法。
- 前記パーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)が維持しているブレーキ力を解放する前に、前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は、予め設定されたブレーキ力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法(図6参照)。
- 前記パーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)が予め設定されたブレーキ力を発生した後に、前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は、追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法(図2参照)。
- 前記パーキングブレーキシステム(FBA)がブレーキ力を発生させる前に、前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は、追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法(図3参照)。
- 前記サービスブレーキシステム(BBA)は、少なくとも、既に発生している任意のブレーキ力を、追加的に必要とされるブレーキ力として維持することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法(図4および図5参照)。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の自動車のブレーキ機構の方法により作動されることを特徴とする自動車のブレーキ機構。
