Abstract
【解決手段】モノアシルグリセロールを有効成分とする食後GIP分泌抑制剤。
【選択図】なし
Description
しかしながら、モノアシルグリセロールとGIP分泌との関係については知られていなかった。
上記各剤中のモノアシルグリセロールの配合量は、全組成物中通常0.1質量%以上、好ましくは1質量%以上、さらに好ましくは5重量%以上である。
トリアシルグリセロール(TAG)としてトリオレイン、モノアシルグリセロール(MAG)として1−モノオレインを用い、下記の実験を行った。
マウス(C57BL/6J雄、8週令)を1群12または14匹とし、グルコース2mg/g体重のみ、及びさらにトリオレイン2mg/g体重を0.02mg/g体重卵黄レシチンにより乳化させたもの(それぞれグルコース,TAG1)、またはTAG1の乳化物にそれぞれ0.08,0.2,0.4mg/g体重の1−モノオレイン(それぞれMAG1,MAG2,MAG3)を添加したものを、ゾンデにより経口投与した。乳化物の組成を表1に示す。10分後、腹部大静脈より採血し、血中GIPを、ELISA法(Gastric Inhibitory Peptide EIA Kit, Phoenix Pharmaceutical Inc.)により測定した。乳化剤を投与しなかったマウスの血中GIP値を初期値と仮定して、10分後のマウス血中のGIP増加量を表2に示す。

水飴 35 質量%
砂糖 35 質量%
小麦粉 5 質量%
練乳 17 質量%
ミルク 6 質量%
バター 2 質量%

Claims (2)
- モノアシルグリセロールを有効成分とする食後GIP分泌抑制剤。
- モノアシルグリセロールを含有し、消化促進または胃もたれの改善効果を有することを特徴とし、消化促進または胃もたれの改善のために用いられるものである旨の表示を付した飲料及び食品。
