Abstract
密閉容器内が高圧となる内部高圧型多段圧縮式ロータリコンプレッサでは、中間圧となる第1の回転圧縮要素の吐出消音室と高圧となる当該密閉容器内との圧力差が大きく、係る圧力差により、従来のOリングを設けただけでは、吐出消音室のシール性が確保できず、体積効率の悪化を招いていた。
【解決手段】
本発明は、密閉型容器内に駆動要素と、この駆動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素を備えて成るものであって、回転圧縮要素を構成するシリンダの開口部を閉塞すると共に、回転軸の軸受けを有する支持部材と、この支持部材のシリンダとは反対側の面を凹陥させ、この凹陥部の一部にリブを追加し、シール性の向上を図ると共に、支持部材のシリンダと反対側の面に形成される吐出消音室を、複数に分割し、その分割された各吐出消音室を連通させることにより、吐出脈動による騒音を低減させるものである。

Claims (1)
- 密閉容器内に駆動要素と該駆動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素を備えて成るロータリコンプレッサにおいて、前記回転圧縮要素を構成するシリンダと、該シリンダの開口面を閉塞すると共に、前記回転軸の軸受けを有する支持部材と、該支持部材の前記シリンダとは反対側の面に凹部を形成し、その凹部の一部に軸受けの補強となるリブを形成し、このリブと前記凹部より吐出消音室を形成すると共に、閉塞プレート及び、前記リブに設けた通路により、前記吐出消音室内を複数の消音室に画成したことを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。
