Abstract
従来のコンプレッサは、コンプレッサの回転数が低くなるほど、回転振動の増加や電動機の効率低下によるコンプレッサの効率低下の問題があった。
【解決手段】
本発明は、密閉容器内に駆動要素と該駆動要素により駆動される回転圧縮要素を備えて成るロータリコンプレッサにおいて、前記駆動要素を構成するロータの端面の上部(反圧縮機構側)又は、下部(圧縮機構側)のどちらかに回転慣性モーメントが得られる回転慣性体を設けることにより、コンプレッサの回転数が低い運転の場合に於いても、コンプレッサの回転振動の増加を抑え、効率の高いコンプレッサを得ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 密閉容器内に設けられ、ステータとロータとよりなる電動要素と、該電動要素により駆動され、冷媒を圧縮して吐出する回転圧縮要素と、該回転圧縮要素と前記電動要素のロータとを接続し、軸受けにて回動自在に軸支される回転軸とを備えて成るロータリコンプレッサにおいて、前記電動要素のロータ下面に、前記ステータの下方まで延在し、回転慣性モーメントが得られる質量体を設けたことを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。
- 密閉容器内に設けられ、ステータとロータとよりなる電動要素と、該電動要素により駆動され、冷媒を圧縮して吐出する回転圧縮要素と、該回転圧縮要素と前記電動要素のロータとを接続し、軸受けにて回動自在に軸支される回転軸とを備えて成るロータリコンプレッサにおいて、前記電動要素のロータ上面に、前記ステータの下方まで延在し、回転慣性モーメントが得られる質量体を設けたことを特徴とするロータリコンプレッサ。
- 駆動要素を形成するモータが直巻方式であり、ロータに設けられる質量体の形状を、ステータコイルから必要な絶縁距離に至るまでは、ロータと同じ外径もしくはロータ外径より細く形成し、前記絶縁距離以降では、密閉容器の内壁側へステータコイルを覆う大きさまで外径が拡大される形状とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
- 回転要素から密閉容器内に圧縮ガスを吐出する吐出口を、ロータに設ける質量体の最大外径の1/2以内に位置させたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3記載のロータリコンプレッサ。
