Abstract
【解決手段】駆動ユニット1は、エンジンに接続された入力シャフト310と、回転電機100,200およびプラネタリギヤ400,500を有し、入力シャフト310から入力された動力を変換する「動力変換部」と、「動力変換部」から出力される動力を車両の駆動軸に伝達する「動力出力部」としてのギヤ600,700とを備え、「動力変換部」におけるプラネタリギヤ400,500とギヤ600,700とが別体に形成され、「動力変換部」における回転電機100,200は一体のケース12に収納される。

Description
たとえば、特開2002−274201号公報(特許文献1)においては、電動機および発電機に動力伝達可能に接続された動力合成機構と、電動機の回転速度を変速して動力合成機構に伝達する変速機構とを備えた動力伝達装置が開示されている。ここで、動力合成機構および変速機構に含まれるリングギヤは、同一の環状部材の内周に形成されている。
上記ハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置において、好ましくは、減速機構は他の遊星歯車を含む。1つの局面では、他の遊星歯車は、動力変換部の軸方向中央部においてハウジングに固定されることが好ましい。これにより、より強固に回転シャフトを支持することができる。また、他の局面では、他の遊星歯車におけるリングギヤがハウジングに固定されることが好ましい。これにより、より大きな減速比を得ることができる。
図1は、実施の形態1に係るハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置を示した断面図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置である駆動ユニット1は、回転電機100,200と、回転シャフト300と、動力分配用のプラネタリギヤ400と、回転電機200の減速用のプラネタリギヤ500と、ギヤ600,700と、ディファレンシャル機構800と、ドライブシャフト受け部900とから構成される。なお、回転電機100,200、回転シャフト300、プラネタリギヤ400,500、ギヤ600,700およびディファレンシャル機構800は、カバー11とケース12とを含むハウジング内に設けられる。
図4は、実施の形態2に係る駆動ユニット1を示した断面図である。図4を参照して、本実施の形態に係る駆動ユニット1は、実施の形態1に係る駆動ユニット1の変形例であって、図4に示すように、「動力変換部」を構成する各部品が、ケース12の奥側(図4における左側)から、回転電機200、プラネタリギヤ500、プラネタリギヤ400、回転電機100の順に配置されていることを1つの特徴とする。そして、プラネタリギヤ400におけるリングギヤ430が入力シャフト310と接続され、プラネタリキャリヤ420が出力シャフト320と接続されていることを他の特徴とする。このような構成によっても、実施の形態1と同様に、入力シャフト310からの動力を回転電機100と出力シャフト320とに分配する「動力分配機構」を構成することができる。他方、プラネタリギヤ500のサンギヤ510は回転電機200の回転シャフト210と接続され、プラネタリキャリヤ520はプラネタリキャリヤ420を介して出力シャフト320と接続され、リングギヤ530はケース12に固定される。これにより、回転電機200の「減速機構」が得られる。
図6は、実施の形態3に係る駆動ユニット1を示した断面図である。図6を参照して、本実施の形態に係る駆動ユニット1は、実施の形態1,2に係る駆動ユニット1の変形例であって、図6に示すように、「動力変換部」を構成する各部品が、ケース12の奥側(図6における左側)から、回転電機100、プラネタリギヤ400、回転電機200、プラネタリギヤ500の順に配置されていることを1つの特徴とする。なお、プラネタリギヤ400におけるサンギヤ410が回転電機100の回転シャフト110と接続され、プラネタリキャリヤ420が入力シャフト310と接続され、リングギヤ430が出力シャフト320と接続されている点については、実施の形態1と同様である。そして、実施の形態1,2と同様に、入力シャフト310からの動力を回転電機100と出力シャフト320とに分配する「動力分配機構」が構成される。他方、プラネタリギヤ500のサンギヤ510は回転電機200の回転シャフト210と接続され、プラネタリキャリヤ520は出力シャフト320と接続され、リングギヤ530はケース12に固定される。これにより、回転電機200の「減速機構」が得られる。
図8は、実施の形態4に係る駆動ユニット1を示した断面図である。図8を参照して、本実施の形態に係る駆動ユニット1は、実施の形態1〜3に係る駆動ユニット1の変形例であって、図8に示すように、カバー11と、ケース12と、カバー13とによってハウジングを構成したことを特徴とする。これにより、矢印DR1方向からも回転電機100,200をケース12内に挿入することができる。なお、本実施の形態においても、回転電機100,200は一体のケース12内に収納されている。
図9は、実施の形態5に係る駆動ユニット1を示した断面図である。図9を参照して、本実施の形態に係る駆動ユニット1は、実施の形態1〜4に係る駆動ユニット1の変形例であって、図9に示すように、「動力分配機構」であるプラネタリギヤ400からの出力と、回転電機200からの出力とが、「動力出力部」であるギヤ600,700に個別に伝達されることを特徴とする。具体的には、図9に示す例では、プラネタリギヤ400におけるリングギヤ430からの出力が、出力シャフト320を介して「動力出力部」であるギヤ600へと伝達されるのに対し、回転電機200の回転シャフト210からの出力が、「減速機構」を構成するギヤ650を介して「動力出力部」であるギヤ700へと伝達される。このようにすることで、「動力分割機構」と「減速機構」とのトルク比と、「動力変換部」全体としての減速比とを自由に設定することができる。
図11は、実施の形態6に係る駆動ユニット1を示した断面図である。図11を参照して、本実施の形態に係る駆動ユニット1は、実施の形態1に係る駆動ユニット1の変形例であって、図11に示すように、シャフト径方向におけるシャフト支持機構に関して実施の形態1と異なる特徴を有する。
Claims (14)
- 内燃機関に接続された入力軸と、
第1と第2の回転電機および遊星歯車を有し、前記入力軸から入力された動力を変換する動力変換部と、
前記動力変換部から出力される動力を車両の駆動軸に伝達する動力出力部とを備え、
前記動力変換部と前記動力出力部とは別体に形成され、
前記動力変換部における前記第1と第2の回転電機は一体のハウジングに収納される、ハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記内燃機関と前記動力変換部との間に前記動力出力部が配置される、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1の回転電機は第1の回転シャフトを有し、
前記第2の回転電機は第2の回転シャフトを有し、
前記入力軸は前記第1および第2の回転シャフトの内周側に配置され、
前記入力軸と前記第1および第2の回転シャフトとの間にベアリングが設けられた、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記ハウジングと前記第1と第2の回転シャフトの少なくとも一方との間に設けられた他のベアリングをさらに備えた、請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記第1と第2の回転電機の間に位置する前記ハウジングの内壁から突出する突出部を有し、
前記他のベアリングは前記突出部に設けられる、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1と第2の回転シャフトはストレート形状を有し、
前記第1と第2の回転シャフトと前記第1と第2の回転電機におけるロータとは、それぞれスプライン嵌合されている、請求項3から請求項5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力変換部は、前記遊星歯車を含む動力分配機構と、減速機構とを有し、
前記遊星歯車は、前記入力軸と、前記第1の回転電機と、前記動力出力部とに接続され、
前記減速機構は、前記第2の回転電機と前記動力出力部との間の動力伝達経路に設けられる、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力分割機構に含まれる前記遊星歯車におけるプラネタリキャリヤが前記入力軸に接続され、
該遊星歯車におけるリングギヤが前記動力出力部に接続される、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力分割機構に含まれる前記遊星歯車におけるリングギヤが前記入力軸に接続され、
該遊星歯車におけるプラネタリキャリヤが前記動力出力部に接続される、請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記減速機構は他の遊星歯車を含み、
前記他の遊星歯車は、前記動力変換部の軸方向中央部において前記ハウジングに固定される、請求項7から請求項9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記減速機構は他の遊星歯車を含み、
前記他の遊星歯車におけるリングギヤが前記ハウジングに固定される、請求項7から請求項9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記動力分割機構の出力と前記減速機構の出力とが、個別に前記動力出力部に伝達される、請求項7から請求項11のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記遊星歯車および前記動力出力部に接続され、前記入力軸と同軸に設けられた出力軸をさらに備えた、請求項1から請求項12のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
- 内燃機関に接続された入力軸と、
第1と第2の回転電機を有し、前記入力軸から入力された動力を変換する動力変換部と、
前記動力変換部から出力される動力を車両の駆動軸に伝達する動力出力部とを備え、
前記第1の回転電機は第1の回転シャフトを有し、
前記第2の回転電機は第2の回転シャフトを有し、
前記入力軸は前記第1と第2の回転シャフトの内周側に配置され、
前記入力軸と前記第1と第2の回転シャフトとの間に、前記第1と第2の回転シャフトを支持するベアリングが設けられた、ハイブリッド車両の動力伝達装置。
