Description
以下このプラズマ処理について説明する。
[実施例1]
1100dtex/192フィラメントのポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維の平織布(目付=250g/m2)を大気圧下(10.1万Pa)のブタジエン0.5%と窒素99%の混合ガス媒体中で30秒間のパルス電界によりプラズマ処理を行った。
プラズマ処理を行わない以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に併せて示す。
第1処理液による処理を行わない以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。結果を表1に併せて示す。

Claims (4)
- 繊維をアルケン類及び/またはアルキン類の気体を含む媒体中でプラズマ処理し、次いでポリエポキシド化合物、ブロックドイソシアネート化合物、ゴムラテックスを含む第1処理液と、レゾルシン、ホルマリン、ゴムラテックスを主とする第2処理液とで順に処理することを特徴とするゴム補強用繊維の製造方法。
- 繊維が合成繊維である請求項1記載のゴム補強用繊維の製造方法。
- プラズマ処理時の媒体が、窒素を主とするものである請求項1または2記載のゴム補強用繊維の製造方法。
- プラズマ処理時のアルケン類及び/またはアルキン類の濃度が0.1〜15体積%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載のゴム補強用繊維の製造方法。
