Abstract
【解決手段】弁体5が弁体芯金具6と、これを被覆する弾性シール部材7と、弁体芯金具6を管K内の挿入方向に沿って移動させるため、この挿入方向に沿った棒状に形成されている昇降軸10とから構成されている。弁体芯金具6は、管内に挿入した弾性シール部材7を支持すると共に挿入方向から押圧して弾性変形させ、挿入方向先端側に、弾性シール部材7が管Kの軸芯方向へ張り出すのを防止するガイド部が形成されており、弾性シール部材7が、その挿入方向先端に突起部7bが形成されていて、弁体5の挿入方向への移動に伴い、管内壁面に圧接される仕切り用弁装置。

(3) 弁体上部により穿孔口を閉塞
(1) ,(2)はゴムライニングのボリュームを大きくすることにより、ある程度の条件に対応できるが、弁体を締め切りする際に、弁体の変形量が大きくなると共に、弁体が管底に接触してから完全止水するまでに締め切りに必要なトルクが大きくなる傾向にある。そして、変形量が大きいと、管内面との十分な圧縮性が得に難いため、十分な止水性が得られない。そのため、開閉操作を繰り返すと、ゴムライニングが穿孔口によって損傷するという問題がある。
(3) については、(1) ,(2)により確実に管内を閉塞した後、穿孔口を閉塞することを要する。穿孔口を先に閉塞してしまうと、穿孔口にゴムライニングの鍔部が接触して、締め切りトルクが上昇し、管内面と弁体ゴムライニングの圧縮が伝わらなくなる。その結果、更に締めつけると、穿孔口によりゴムライニングが損傷するという問題がある。

Claims (5)
- 管に装着可能になっているケース部材と、このケース部材内に配置されていて、前記管に形成された孔内に挿入可能になっている弁体とを有する仕切り用弁装置において、
前記弁体が弁体芯金具と、これを被覆する弾性シール部材と、前記弁体芯金具を前記管内の挿入方向に沿って移動させるため、この挿入方向に沿った棒状に形成されている昇降軸とから構成されていると共に、前記弁体芯金具は、前記管内に挿入した前記弾性シール部材を支持すると共に挿入方向から押圧して弾性変形させ、挿入方向先端側に、前記弾性シール部材が前記管の軸芯方向へ張り出すのを防止するガイド部が形成されており、
前記弾性シール部材が、その挿入方向先端に突起部が形成されており、前記弁体の挿入方向への移動に伴い、管内壁面に圧接されることを特徴とする仕切り用弁装置。 - 前記突起部は、その幅が厚肉部分の20〜60%である請求項1の仕切り用弁装置。
- 前記弁体芯金具は、前記管の外周形状に沿って円周状に張り出す鍔部と、その鍔部から下方に向けて延設されているテーパ状の側面とを有し、この側面の挿入方向先端に前記ガイド部を有する請求項1又は2の仕切り用弁装置。
- 前記弁体芯金具の鍔部は、前記管外周の形状に沿って円周状に張り出していて、この鍔部より下方に向けて、前記弾性シール部材が、円周状に張り出した鍔部を有する請求項3の仕切り用弁装置。
- 前記弁体芯金具に形成されている挿入方向先端側の前記ガイド部の内周側縁に、傾斜部が設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか1の仕切り用弁装置。
