Abstract
【解決手段】 切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0の解放と係合とが切換制御されることで電気的な無段変速状態と有段変速状態とに切換可能な変速機構10が構成され、切換制御手段50により切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0が解放される無段変速状態への切換えに際して電動機制御手段82により第1電動機M1にトルクが生じるように制御されるので、切換クラッチC0或いは切換ブレーキB0による反力トルクから第1電動機M1による反力トルクへ適切にトルクが受け渡されて切換制御に伴う切換ショックが抑制され、また係合装置自体の回転速度差が抑制される状態となり半係合状態での仕事量が抑制されて係合装置の耐久性が向上する。

Claims (42)
- エンジンの出力を駆動輪へ伝達する車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記エンジンに連結された第1要素と第1電動機に連結された第2要素と第2電動機および伝達部材に連結された第3要素とを有するとともに該第1要素乃至第3要素のうちのいずれか2つを相互におよび/または該第2要素を非回転部材に連結する係合装置を有する動力分配機構を備え、電気的な無段変速機として作動可能な無段変速状態と有段の変速機として作動可能な有段変速状態とに切り換え可能な変速状態切換型変速機構と、
車両の所定条件に基づいて前記係合装置の解放と係合とを切換制御することで前記変速状態切換型変速機構を前記無段変速状態と前記有段変速状態とのいずれかに選択的に切り換える切換制御手段と、
前記係合装置の解放に際して前記第1電動機に反力トルクが生じるように、および/または前記係合装置の係合に際して前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差を抑制するように前記第1電動機を制御する電動機制御手段と

前記切換制御手段により前記係合装置が解放される過程で、前記電動機制御手段は、該係合装置の解放の進行に伴って前記第1電動機の反力トルクを増加させるものである請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電動機制御手段は、前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差を抑制するように前記第1電動機の回転速度をフィードバック制御するものである請求項4の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機制御手段は、前記切換制御手段による前記係合装置の解放制御が終了するまで、前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差を前記係合装置の解放制御開始前に維持するように前記第1電動機の回転速度を制御するものである請求項3乃至5のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、前記変速状態切換型変速機構の前記無段変速状態から有段変速状態への切換制御に際して、
前記電動機制御手段により前記第1電動機の回転速度が制御されて前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差が抑制された後に、前記係合装置を係合制御するものである請求項1乃至6のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記切換制御手段は、前記変速状態切換型変速機構の前記無段変速状態から有段変速状態への切換制御に際して、
前記電動機制御手段により前記第1電動機の回転速度が制御されて前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差が減少される過程で、前記係合装置を係合制御するものである請求項1乃至6のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンのエンジントルク或いはエンジン出力を制御するエンジン出力制御手段を備え、
該エンジン出力制御手段は、前記切換制御手段による前記係合装置の係合制御が終了するまで、前記第1電動機の定格出力に基づいて定められた制限値を越えないように前記エンジントルク或いはエンジン出力を制限するものである請求項7または8の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、予め設定された高速走行判定値に基づいて定められたものであり、
前記切換制御手段は、実際の車速が前記高速走行判定値を越えたときに前記変速状態切換型変速機構を前記有段変速状態とするものである請求項1乃至9のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、予め設定された高出力走行判定値に基づいて定められたものであり、
前記切換制御手段は、車両の駆動力関連値が前記高出力走行判定値を越えたときに前記変速状態切換型変速機構を前記有段変速状態とするものである請求項1乃至10のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、高速走行判定線および高出力走行判定線を含む、車速と車両の駆動力関連値とをパラメータとする予め記憶された切換線図から実際の車速と車両の駆動力関連値とに基づいて定められるものである請求項1乃至11のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両の所定条件は、前記変速状態切換型変速機構を前記電気的な無段変速状態とするための制御機器の機能低下を判定する故障判定条件であり、
前記切換制御手段は前記故障判定条件が成立した場合に前記変速状態切換型変速機構を前記有段変速状態とするものである請求項1乃至12のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力分配機構は遊星歯車装置であり、
前記第1要素は該遊星歯車装置のキャリヤであり、
前記第2要素は該遊星歯車装置のサンギヤであり、
前記第3要素は該遊星歯車装置のリングギヤであり、
前記係合装置は、前記キャリヤ、サンギヤ、リングギヤのうちのいずれか2つを相互に連結するクラッチおよび/または該サンギヤを非回転部材に連結するブレーキを備えたものである請求項1乃至13のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記遊星歯車装置はシングルピニオン型遊星歯車装置である請求項14の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力分配機構は差動歯車装置であり、
前記係合装置は、前記第1要素、第2要素、第3要素のうちのいずれか2つを相互に連結するクラッチおよび/または該第2要素を非回転部材に連結するブレーキを備えたものである請求項1乃至13のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動歯車装置はかさ歯車式の差動歯車装置である請求項16の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、前記動力分配機構を変速比が1である変速機とするために前記クラッチを係合するか、或いは前記動力分配機構を変速比が1より小さい増速変速機とするために前記ブレーキを係合するように制御するものである請求項14乃至17のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速状態切換型変速機構は、前記伝達部材と前記駆動輪との間において前記動力分配機構と直列に設けられた自動変速機を含み、
該自動変速機の変速比に基づいて前記変速状態切換型変速機構の変速比が形成されるものである請求項1乃至18のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記動力分配機構の変速比と前記自動変速機の変速比とに基づいて前記変速状態切換型変速機構の総合変速比が形成されるものである請求項19の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速機は有段式自動変速機であり、該有段式自動変速機の変速は、予め記憶された変速線図に基づいて実行されるものである請求項19または20の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- エンジンの出力を第1電動機および伝達部材へ分配するとともに複数の回転要素を有する差動機構と、該伝達部材から駆動輪への動力伝達経路に設けられた第2電動機とを有して電気的な差動装置として作動可能な差動部を備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
前記差動機構に備えられ、前記差動部を電気的な差動装置として作動可能な差動作用が働く差動状態と該差動作用をしないロック状態とに切り換えるための係合装置と、
車両の所定条件に基づいて前記係合装置の解放と係合とを切換制御することで前記差動部を前記差動状態と前記ロック状態とのいずれかに選択的に切り換える切換制御手段と、
該切換制御手段による前記係合装置の解放に際して前記第1電動機に反力トルクが生じるように、および/または該切換制御手段による前記係合装置の係合に際して前記複数の回転要素の相互の回転速度差或いは該第1電動機が連結される該回転要素と非回転部材との回転速度差を抑制するように該第1電動機を制御する電動機制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構が有する前記複数の回転要素は、前記エンジンに連結された第1要素と前記第1電動機に連結された第2要素と前記伝達部材に連結された第3要素であり、
前記係合装置は、該第1要素乃至第3要素のうちのいずれか2つを相互におよび/または該第2要素を前記非回転部材に連結するものである請求項22の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記切換制御手段は、前記係合装置を解放して前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素を相互に相対回転可能とすることにより前記差動状態とし、前記係合装置を係合して該第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素を共に一体回転させるか或いは該第2要素を非回転状態とすることにより前記ロック状態とするものである請求項23の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、前記差動部の前記ロック状態から差動状態への切換制御に際して、
前記電動機制御手段により前記第1電動機に反力トルクが発生させられた後に、前記係合装置を解放制御するものである請求項23または24の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記切換制御手段による前記差動部の前記ロック状態から差動状態への切換制御に際して、
前記切換制御手段により前記係合装置が解放される過程で、前記電動機制御手段は、該係合装置の解放の進行に伴って前記第1電動機の反力トルクを増加させるものである請求項23または24の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記電動機制御手段は、前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差を抑制するように前記第1電動機の回転速度をフィードバック制御するものである請求項26の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電動機制御手段は、前記切換制御手段による前記係合装置の解放制御が終了するまで、前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差を前記係合装置の解放制御開始前に維持するように前記第1電動機の回転速度を制御するものである請求項25乃至27のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記切換制御手段は、前記差動部の前記差動状態からロック状態への切換制御に際して、
前記電動機制御手段により前記第1電動機の回転速度が制御されて前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差が抑制された後に、前記係合装置を係合制御するものである請求項23乃至28のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記切換制御手段は、前記差動部の前記差動状態からロック状態への切換制御に際して、
前記電動機制御手段により前記第1電動機の回転速度が制御されて前記第1要素、第2要素、および第3要素の相互の回転速度差或いは前記第2要素と前記非回転部材との回転速度差が減少される過程で、前記係合装置を係合制御するものである請求項23乃至28のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記エンジンのエンジントルク或いはエンジン出力を制御するエンジン出力制御手段を備え、
該エンジン出力制御手段は、前記切換制御手段による前記係合装置の係合制御が終了するまで、前記第1電動機の定格出力に基づいて定められた制限値を越えないように前記エンジントルク或いはエンジン出力を制限するものである請求項29または30の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、予め設定された高速走行判定値に基づいて定められたものであり、
前記切換制御手段は、実際の車速が前記高速走行判定値を越えたときに前記差動部を前記ロック状態とするものである請求項23乃至31のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、予め設定された高出力走行判定値に基づいて定められたものであり、
前記切換制御手段は、車両の駆動力関連値が前記高出力走行判定値を越えたときに前記差動部を前記ロック状態とするものである請求項23乃至32のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両の所定条件は、高速走行判定線および高出力走行判定線を含む、車速と車両の駆動力関連値とをパラメータとする予め記憶された切換線図から実際の車速と車両の駆動力関連値とに基づいて定められるものである請求項23乃至33のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両の所定条件は、前記差動部を前記電気的な差動装置とするための制御機器の機能低下を判定する故障判定条件であり、
前記切換制御手段は前記故障判定条件が成立した場合に前記差動部を前記ロック状態とするものである請求項23乃至34のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構は遊星歯車装置であり、
前記第1要素は該遊星歯車装置のキャリヤであり、
前記第2要素は該遊星歯車装置のサンギヤであり、
前記第3要素は該遊星歯車装置のリングギヤであり、
前記係合装置は、前記キャリヤ、サンギヤ、リングギヤのうちのいずれか2つを相互に連結するクラッチおよび/または該サンギヤを非回転部材に連結するブレーキを備えたものである請求項23乃至35のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記遊星歯車装置はシングルピニオン型遊星歯車装置である請求項36の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。

- 前記切換制御手段は、前記差動機構を変速比が1である変速機とするために前記クラッチを係合するか、或いは前記差動機構を変速比が1より小さい増速変速機とするために前記ブレーキを係合するように制御するものである請求項36乃至39のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達経路の一部を構成する自動変速部を備え、該自動変速部の変速比と前記差動部の変速比とに基づいて前記車両用駆動装置の総合変速比が形成されるものである請求項23乃至40のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記自動変速部は有段式自動変速機であり、該有段式自動変速機の変速は、予め記憶された変速線図に基づいて実行されるものである請求項41の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
