Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性材料を含む容器の開口へ流体路を接続する、又は容器の開口を閉鎖する部品は、熱可塑性材料の第一コンポーネント及び第二コンポーネントを有する。第一コンポーネントは、溶接された熱融着接合を形成することにより、容器に接続される表面を備える。第一コンポーネントは、炭化水素燃料に対して、十分な拡散障壁特性がない。第一コンポーネントの材料に比べて、第二コンポーネントの材料は、より高い拡散障壁特性、炭化水素燃料に関する低下した膨張特性、より高い機械的強度及びより高い熱形状安定性を有する。第一コンポーネントは、第二コンポーネントを少なくとも接続面から離れた射出場所まで囲う。第二コンポーネントの材料は、第一コンポーネントの材料のまだ成形可能なコアへ射出場所を介して注入される。

Claims (26)
- 熱可塑性材料を含む容器の開口へ流体路を接続する、又は該容器の開口を閉鎖する部品であって、
主に熱可塑性材料を含む、第一コンポーネント(1)及び第二コンポーネント(2)を有し、
前記第一コンポーネントが、前記容器(5)へ接続される表面(7)を有し、
該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料は、該表面(7)を介して、該容器(5)の熱可塑性材料と溶接により熱融着接合を形成するように配置されるが、炭化水素燃料に対して十分な拡散障壁特性を有さず、
該第二コンポーネント(2)の材料は、該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料に比べて、著しく高い拡散障壁特性、炭化水素燃料に関して低下した膨張特性、より高い機械的強度及び炭化水素燃料にさらされた後でさえも、高い熱形状安定性を有し、
該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料が、該第二コンポーネント(2)を少なくとも射出場所(6)まで囲い、該射出場所は、該表面(7)から離れるように、できる限り大きい距離又は最大可能距離で配置され、
該第二コンポーネント(2)の材料が、該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料のまだ成形可能なコアへ射出場所(6)を介して注入されることを特徴とする部品。 - 前記部品が、管状の部品であり、管状の壁を有し、前記第二コンポーネント(2)の材料が、該管状の壁の長さの大部分を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記第二コンポーネント(2)の材料が、前記表面(7)から離れた方の前記管状の壁の端部部分(9)を形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部品。
- 前記部品が、管状の部品であり、前記第一コンポーネント(1)は、前記表面(7)を備える環状部材(11)を含み、前記第二コンポーネント(2)の材料が、該第一コンポーネント(1)の該環状部材(11)から、該表面(7)から離れた方の該管状の部品の前記先端(12)まで伸びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記管状の部品が、前記環状部材(11)へ突き出ている同軸方向に伸びる管状突起(13)を有し、該環状部材(11)と該同軸伸張管状突起(13)との間に、環状溝(14)が形成され、該環状部材(11)の軸方向の厚さ及び該環状溝(14)の深さが、前記表面(7)を前記容器(5)へ溶接後、該環状部材(11)の溶けた材料の横流れにより、該軸方向の厚さは著しく減少しても、該環状溝(14)の底は、依然として該容器(5)から間隔を有するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の部品。
- 前記第二コンポーネント(2)が、第三コンポーネント(3)を囲み、該第三コンポーネント(3)は、強度、拡散障壁特性及び熱形状安定性からなる族から選択された該部品の特性の少なくとも一つを向上させることを特徴とする第三コンポーネント(3)を更に含む請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記第三コンポーネント(3)が、EVOH、PA、POM、PEN、PBT、PET、PBN、LCP、PPS、PPA、脂肪族ポリケトン及びフルオロ熱可塑性材料からなる族から選択された一つを主として含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の部品。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、ポリオレフィンを含み、前記容器の熱可塑性材料に対して熱可溶性があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、官能化されたポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の部品。
- 前記第二コンポーネント(2)が、EVOH、PA、POM、PEN、PBT、PET、PBN、LCP、PPS、PPA、PP、脂肪族ポリケトン及びフルオロ熱可塑性材料からなる族から選択された該材料の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。
- 少なくとも前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、電気導電性添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。

- 熱可塑性材料を含む容器の開口へ流体路を接続する、又は該容器の開口を閉鎖する部品であって、
主に熱可塑性材を含む、第一コンポーネント(1)及び第二コンポーネント(2)を有し、
前記第一コンポーネントが、前記容器(5)へ接続される表面(7)を有し、
該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料は、該表面(7)を介して、該容器(5)の熱可塑性材料と溶接により熱融着接合を形成するように配置されるが、炭化水素燃料に対して十分な拡散障壁特性を有さず、
該第二コンポーネント(2)の材料は、該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料に比べて、著しく高い拡散障壁特性、炭化水素燃料に関して低下した膨張特性、より高い機械的強度及び炭化水素燃料にさらされた後でさえも、高い熱形状安定性を有し、
該第二コンポーネント(2)の材料が、該第一コンポーネント(1)を少なくとも射出場所(6)まで囲い、該射出場所は、該表面(7)から離れるように、できる限り大きい距離又は最大可能距離で配置され、
該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料が、該第二コンポーネント(2)の材料のまだ成形可能なコアを通って、射出場所(6)を介して、該表面(7)を形成するように注入されることを特徴とする部品。 - 前記部品が、管状の部品であり、管状の壁を有し、前記第一コンポーネント(1)の材料が、該管状の壁の長さの大部分を満たすことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)の材料が、前記表面(7)から離れた方の前記管状の壁の端部部分(9)へ注入されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の部品。
- 前記部品が、管状の部品であり、前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、前記表面(7)を備える環状部材(11)を含み、該第一コンポーネント(1)の材料が、該第一コンポーネント(1)の該環状部材(11)から、該表面(7)から離れた方の該管状の部品の先端(12)まで伸びることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記管状の部品が、前記環状部材(11)へ突き出ている同軸方向に伸びる管状突起(13)を有し、該環状部材(11)と該同軸伸張管状突起(13)との間に、環状溝(14)が形成され、該環状部材(11)の軸方向の厚さ及び該環状溝(14)の深さが、前記表面(7)を前記容器(5)へ溶接後、該環状部材(11)の溶けた材料の横流れにより、該軸方向の厚さは著しく減少しても、該環状溝(14)の底は、依然として該容器(5)から間隔を有するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の部品。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、第三コンポーネント(3)を囲み、該第三コンポーネント(3)は、強度、拡散障壁特性及び熱形状安定性からなる族から選択された該部品の特性の少なくとも一つを向上させることを特徴とする第三コンポーネント(3)を更に含む請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記第三コンポーネント(3)が、EVOH、PA、POM、PEN、PBT、PET、PBN、LCP、PPS、PPA、脂肪族ポリケトン及びフルオロ熱可塑性材料からなる族から選択された一つを主として含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の部品。
- 前記第一コンポーネント(1)が、ポリオレフィンを含み、前記容器の熱可塑性材料に対して熱可溶性があることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、官能化されたポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の部品。
- 前記第二コンポーネント(2)が、EVOH、PA、POM、PEN、PBT、PET、PBN、LCP、PPS、PPA、PP、脂肪族ポリケトン及びフルオロ熱可塑性材料からなる族から選択された該材料の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 少なくとも第二コンポーネント(2)が、電気導電性添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記部品の断面は、ほぼU字型又は台形であり、前記容器(5)の開口を閉鎖するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の部品。
- 前記部品上に射出成形された、少なくとも一つの追加の機能部品を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の部品。
