Abstract
【解決手段】ポリオレフィン系離型剤を有機溶媒に溶解して成る離型剤溶液であって、当該有機溶媒が炭化水素溶媒と当該炭化水素溶媒に溶解し且つヘテロ原子を含む極性溶媒との混合溶媒である離型剤溶液、および、基材の少なくとも片面に上記の離型剤溶液を塗工後に乾燥して成る離型フィルム。

Description
エチレンプロピレン共重合体(JSR株式会社製「EP02P」、エチレン/プロピレン=81/19(モル比)、重量平均分子量96700(ポリスチレン換算)、分子量分布2.24、MFR=3.2g/10分)2gを、トルエン、メチルエチルケトンの混合溶媒100g(トルエン/メチルエチルケトン=85/15(重量比))に溶解して均一溶液を得た。これを厚さ38μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに乾燥後の膜厚が0.2μmになる様にバーコーターにより25℃で塗布した。これを熱風循環式乾燥機によって150℃で20秒間加熱して被膜を形成させることにより、離型フィルムを作成した。
実施例1で使用したのと同様のエチレンプロピレン共重合体4gを、トルエン、酢酸エチルエステルの混合溶媒100g(トルエン/酢酸エチルエステル=97/3(重量比))に溶解して均一溶液を得た。これを厚さ50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに乾燥後の膜厚が0.2μmになる様に塗布し、更に、実施例1と同様と同様に操作し、離型フィルムを作成した。
実施例1で使用したのと同様のエチレンプロピレン共重合体40g、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(以下、 HEMAと略記する)1.2g、ラジカル開始剤として2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジt−ブチルパーオキシヘキサン0.06gをドライブレンドした後、ラボプラストミル混練機(東洋精機製作所製)を使用し、反応温度180℃、回転数100rpmの条件下にて3分混練し、ヒドロキシル基を有するエチレンプロピレンランダム共重合体を得た。この重合体をプレス成形してフィルムとし、IRスペクトルにより、検量線(1724cm−1のカルボニル基の特性吸収により作成した)
を使用し、HEMAの含有量を測定した結果、0.9重量%であった。この変性エチレンプロピレン共重合体2gを、キシレン、メチルエチルケトンの混合溶媒100g(キシレン/メチルエチルケトン=95/5(重量比))に溶解して均一溶液を得た。これを厚さ50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに乾燥後の膜厚が0.1μmになる様に塗布し、更に、実施例1と同様に操作し、離型フィルムを作成した。
実施例3で調製した変性エチレンプロピレン共重合体0.5gと、市販のエチレンプロピレン共重合体(JSR社製「EP01P」:エチレン/プロピレン=84/16(モル比)、重量平均分子量:80000(ポリスチレン換算)、分子量分布:2.28、MFR=3.6g/10分)0.5gとを、トルエン、酢酸エチルエステルの混合溶媒100g(トルエン/酢酸エチルエステル=75/25(重量比))に溶解して均一溶液を得た。これを厚さが2mmで300mm四方のポリカーポネートシートに塗布し、更に、速やかに熱風乾燥機中120℃2分乾燥し、離型層の厚さが0.1μmの離型フィルムを作成した。
実施例1において、溶媒をトルエン100gとした以外は、全く同様に被膜を形成させることにより、離型フィルムを作成した。
実施例1において、離型剤として、トランスオクテネマーゴム(ポリエチレン鎖/炭素−炭素二重結合鎖=75/25(重量比)、重量平均分子量12万)10gを使用し、離型剤溶液中の濃度を10重量%に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様に操作して離型フィルムを作成した。
上記の実施例および比較例で得られた離型フィルムの外観を目視により確認した。そして、全く干渉縞が見られない場合を○、光線の方向によっては見られる場合を△、明確な干渉縞が見られる場合を×として評価した。
上記の実施例および比較例で使用した離型剤溶液を5℃の条件下に7日間放置し、粘性の向上程度やゲル化の有無および程度を目視にて観察した。そして、調製時と略同様の粘性を示した場合を○、増粘するが流動性がある場合を△、ゲル化した場合を×として評価した。ここで、ゲル化とは、室温で流動しない状態(溶液を入れたサンプル瓶を逆さにして10秒後でも液面が殆ど動かない状態)を言う。
上記の実施例および比較例で得られた離型フィルムを幅30mm、長さ150mmに切断し、これに幅25mmの市販粘着テープ(日東電工(株)製「ニットーテープNo.502」)を重さ2kgのゴムローラを1往復させて圧着した。その後、引張試験機により、粘着テープを固定し、23℃で300mm/分の速度でセパレータを180°剥離し、その剥離に要する力すなわち剥離力(5個の試料の平均値)を測定した。
Claims (4)
- ポリオレフィン系離型剤を有機溶媒に溶解して成る離型剤溶液であって、当該有機溶媒が炭化水素溶媒と当該炭化水素溶媒に溶解し且つヘテロ原子を含む極性溶媒との混合溶媒であることを特徴とする離型剤溶液。
- 炭化水素溶媒と極性溶媒との重量比が99:1〜50:50である請求項1に記載の離型剤溶液。
- 離型剤溶液中の離型剤の濃度が0.1〜50重量%である請求項1又は2に記載の離型剤溶液。
- 基材の少なくとも片面に請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の離型剤溶液を塗工後に乾燥して成ることを特徴とする離型フィルム。
