【発明が解決しようとする課題】
防水シートの上から防水シートと固着具を固着させるため、防水シートが固着具に確実に固着されているか否かの判定が容易にできなかったため、溶着不良がしばしば発生していた。
そこで、誘導加熱装置を用いて固着する工法において固着程度を確認する方法として、特開平10−77722に開示の、固着具の中央部に環状凹部を形成し、固着させた際に、環状凹部跡がシートに見えることで、全面溶着されているか判別する方法がある。しかしながら、この方法では、光の関係で判別しずらい場合があるし、加熱で固着させる時には、熱でシートが軟らかくなり、上から力を加えると固着されていなくとも凹部跡が付き、誤判定する場合がある等の問題を有するし、液で固着する場合に斑絞で判定するには、固着具の中央から周辺に液を拡散溶着させていくために、有効的な方法ではない。

本発明は、上記問題に鑑みなされたもので、固着方法に関係なく、固着具と防水シートとの固着程度が容易に且つ確実に確認できる判定方法を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1記載の発明は、防水下地の所要の位置に、上面に防水シートとの固着層を有するディスク等の固着具がビス等で固定された後、防水下地全面に防水シートが敷設され、防水シート裏面と固着具を熱又は溶剤等で固着する防水シート敷設構造において、吸着具でディスク上の防水シート表面を吸着させて、防水シートを引っ張ることで、固着具と防水シートが固着されているかどうか判定することができる。即ち、防水シートが固着具に完全に固着されている場合は、防水シートは浮き上がらないが、防水シートと固着具が固着していない場合は、固着不良部分の防水シートが浮き上がり、更には、擬固着等の固着が弱い場合にも、防水シートが浮き上がるために、未固着又は擬固着等の固着不良が容易に判別できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、吸着具を利用してディスク等と防水シートの固着程度を判定する方法であるが、吸引具としては特に限定されず、例えば電気掃除機に吸引ホースを接続したもの、吸盤の様に吸引効果が有り防水シートを吸引吸着できるもの、また、粘着剤を利用することも可能である。粘着剤を使用する場合は、粘着剤を付着させるための吸着部と引っ張るための取っ手を備えていればよい。なかでも扱い易さを考慮すれば吸盤が好ましい。
また、吸盤などの吸引方式の吸着具を使用する場合は、防水シートとの吸着性、密着性を良くするために、吸着具の吸着部または防水シート面に水、オイル、軟接着剤等を塗布して吸着させても良い。

吸盤の材質は柔軟であれば特に限定されず、塩化ビニル樹脂の他に、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル共重合樹脂、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸共重合樹脂、エチレン系又はポリプロピレン系のオレフィン系エラストマー、ポリエステル系エラストマー、ウレタン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、スチレン・アクリル共重合樹脂等など挙げられ、単独で使用してもよく、2種以上複合して使用してもよい。

吸盤の色は有色でも良いが、防水シートの浮き上がり状態を見るには透明な材質が好ましい。吸盤の径はディスク等の固着具より小さいほうが好ましく、吸着力を考慮すると、30〜60mm程が好ましい。

判定方法の例を図1(イ)、(ロ)及び図2に示すが、本発明はこれら方法に限定されるものではない。
実施形態の1例を図1に示すが、図1の(イ)は固着具と防水シートの固着状態が良好なものを示し、図1の(ロ)は固着具と防水シートの固着状態が不良なのものを示す。
図1では、防水下地の任意の位置に、固着具をM6のプラグビスで固定しており、固着具は径が80mm、厚みが0.6mmのステンレス製ディスクの表面に融点が130℃のポリエステル樹脂系ホットメルト接着剤を0.1mm厚になるように溶融ローラーで塗布し被覆したものである。ディスクは補強のために、端末を折り曲げてもよく、中央部に補強用のリブをつけても良い。
次に、固着具の上から、厚みが1.5mmの塩ビ樹脂製防水シートを敷設する。各防水シート端部は40〜50mm重ね合わせてそれぞれ溶着し、床全面を覆うように敷設する。
ディスク上の防水シートに誘導加熱装置を当てて、誘導加熱装置を5秒程作動させ、電磁波を発振させてディスクのステンレス板を発熱し、ディスク表面のホットメルト接着剤を溶かし、防水シートとディスクを接着固着する。

実施形態の他の例を図2に示すが、吸着具の取っ手には横穴を設けてあり、該穴に支持リング状クランプ環、U状クランプ環、結束バンドを通し、携帯用引っ張り試験機、例えばプッシュプルゲージ(SHIMPO)の留め具に取り付けて、引っ張ることで、固着強度を測ることが可能としている。このように、現場で、経時的、温度による固着変化も測定できるので、非破壊で固着の劣化度管理も容易にできるようになる。
本発明の判定方法は、屋上以外の地下室やトンネル等の明るさが不十分な環境下で、壁面に防水シートを固着する場合も、ライトを当てて浮き上がりを目視判断ができ、地下室やトンネル等でも確実な防水シートの固着が可能となる。

固着具上の防水シートを吸着具に吸着させて、防水シートの浮き具合を見ることで、固着具と防水シートの固着度合や固着不良を容易に且つ確実に確認でき、屋上以外の室内や、地下室や、トンネル等の目視しずらい環境下の防水施工でも固着不具合を判別できる。
更には、経時変化における溶着度合も確認できるので、定期点検にも利用可能である。
