Description

【0001】
【0031】
<実施例1>

<評価>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a repair of a waterproof sheet structure used in the state of being placed on an existing waterproof sheet to be repaired in order to bond and fix the waterproof sheet to the waterproof structure when the waterproof sheet structure is repaired. The present invention relates to a joint piece for repair and a method for repairing a waterproof sheet structure using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, it is common to stretch a waterproof sheet made of a synthetic resin on the surface of an outdoor housing that requires waterproofing, such as buildings and houses, by a sheet waterproofing method using an insulating method in order to prevent rainwater from entering. Has been done.
[0003]
If such a waterproof sheet structure deteriorates due to long-term use, the tension balance of the waterproof sheet is disturbed, causing local expansion and contraction, and the waterproof sheet is peeled off and swollen. May occur and cause water leakage.
[0004]
For this reason, the waterproof sheet structure needs to be repaired when it deteriorates over time, but as one of the conventional repair methods, a repair method in which a new waterproof sheet is stretched over the existing waterproof sheet by an insulation method, that is, on the existing waterproof sheet. A renewal method is adopted in which the joining piece is newly fixed, and the new waterproofing sheet is stretched over the existing waterproofing sheet and adhered to the new joining piece. In this repair method, it is not necessary to remove the existing waterproof sheet, and work efficiency can be improved.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above repair method, when the existing waterproof sheet further deteriorates due to the influence of heat or the like after the repair is completed, the existing waterproof sheet is shrunk or wrinkled, and the new joint piece is lifted. The problem arises that it may happen that it cannot float and maintain good aesthetics.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, can maintain a good aesthetic for a long time in a modified structure, can prevent early deterioration, and can sufficiently provide durability as a waterproof sheet An object of the present invention is to provide a joint piece for repair of a structure and a repair method.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors, as a result of intensive research, have a structure in which a vinyl chloride resin layer containing a large amount of plasticizer is provided on the contact surface of the repair joint piece with the existing waterproof sheet, The repair joint piece is placed on the existing waterproof sheet in such a manner that the resin layer is in contact with the existing waterproof sheet to be repaired, and the repair waterproof sheet is joined and fixed to the structure to be waterproofed via the joint piece. As a result, it was found that good aesthetics can be maintained for a long time in the structure after refurbishment, and that the durability as a waterproof sheet can be sufficiently imparted, and the present invention has been completed.
[0008]
That is, the joint piece for repair of the waterproof sheet structure according to the present invention is used in a state where it is placed on the existing waterproof sheet to be repaired in order to bond and fix the waterproof sheet to the structure to be waterproofed. It is a joint piece for repairing a waterproof structure, and a repair resin layer made of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing a large amount of a plasticizer is provided on a surface of the joint piece that comes into contact with an existing waterproof sheet. It is a feature.
[0009]
The sheet waterproof structure repair method according to the present invention is a method for repairing a sheet waterproof structure in which an existing waterproof sheet is laid and constructed on the surface of the structure to be waterproofed by an insulation method. A repairing joint provided on one side with a repairing resin layer made of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing 50 to 300 parts by weight of a plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight, and the repairing resin layer on the existing waterproof sheet It includes a step of placing on an existing waterproof sheet and fixing to the structure in a contacting manner, and a step of stretching a waterproof sheet for repair on the existing waterproof sheet and adhering to the joining piece. It is.
[0010]
Since the repair resin layer containing a large amount of plasticizer is provided on the contact surface of the repair joint piece with the existing waterproof sheet, the repair resin layer is in contact with the existing waterproof sheet. By mounting and performing repair work, the plasticizer is reliably and promptly supplied from the repair resin layer to the region of the existing waterproof sheet that supports the repair joint piece. Therefore, shrinkage and wrinkles are reliably prevented from occurring in the support area of the existing waterproof sheet after the repair is completed, and as a result, the newly installed repair joint piece is surely prevented from floating. In addition, since the plasticizer is gradually supplied from the restoration resin layer to other areas other than the support area of the existing waterproof sheet, the plasticizer that is deficient in the existing waterproof sheet is replenished, and the existing deterioration sheet is deteriorated. The physical properties of the waterproof sheet, especially its flexibility, will be restored and the tension will be removed, the durability of the waterproof sheet will be improved, and the adverse effects caused by the tension of the deteriorated existing waterproof sheet may also affect the newly installed waterproof sheet Is prevented. Furthermore, since the restoration resin layer is integrated with the joining piece in advance, the construction is easy, the construction cost is low, and the construction period is short.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The joint piece for repairing a waterproof sheet structure according to the present invention is a new waterproof sheet for repairing, in order to repair a waterproof sheet structure in which the waterproof sheet is laid and constructed on the structure to be waterproofed by an insulation method. A joining piece used for laying construction on a waterproof sheet, more specifically, placed on an existing waterproof sheet to be repaired in order to join and fix a new repair waterproof sheet to the structure. It is the joining piece used in the state.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a repair joint piece (1) for a waterproof sheet structure according to an embodiment of the present invention. The repairing joint piece (1) of this embodiment is provided with a repairing resin layer (3) on one side of a disc-shaped joining piece body (2) having a fastener insertion hole (2a) provided in the center. It is what was done. The fixing tool insertion hole (2a) is a hole for inserting and fitting fixing means such as an open leg nail and a curl plug for joining and fixing to the structure (11) at the time of repair.
[0013]
In this invention, as a shape of a joining piece main body (2), plate-shaped things, such as a disk shape like this embodiment, are used normally. For example, a hard or semi-rigid synthetic resin plate, a metal plate, or a plate made of a plate material such as a steel plate (vinyl chloride steel plate) coated on one or both sides with a vinyl chloride resin can be used. Of course, the shape is not limited to such a plate-like shape, and fixing means such as an open leg nail and a curl plug for fixing to the structure housing may be integrally formed.
[0014]
In this invention, the restoration resin layer (3) is composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing a large amount of plasticizer. The vinyl chloride resin is not particularly limited. For example, in addition to a homopolymer of vinyl chloride, a binary or ternary copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, ethylene, propylene, or the like. Etc. can be preferably used, and those in combination of two or more can also be used without hindrance.
[0015]
The plasticizer content in the restoration resin layer (3) is preferably 50 to 300 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount of plasticizer is less than 50 parts by weight, a sufficient amount of plasticizer to be transferred to the deteriorated existing waterproof sheet (14) cannot be secured, and as a result, the flexibility of the existing waterproof sheet (14) is not sufficiently recovered. This is not preferable. On the other hand, when the amount of the plasticizer exceeds 300 parts by weight, the surface of the existing waterproof sheet (14) is significantly swollen, the surface state is deteriorated, and the mechanical strength of the existing waterproof sheet (14) is decreased, which is not preferable. . The most preferable plasticizer content is 150 to 250 parts by weight of the plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin.
[0016]
The kind of plasticizer to be used is not particularly limited, and the most general-purpose phthalates such as DBP, DHP, DOP, DIOP and DIDP, and linear dibasic esters such as DOA, DOZ and DOS In addition, phosphate esters represented by TCP can be arbitrarily selected and used.
[0017]
In addition to the above components, the vinyl chloride resin composition includes fillers such as titanium oxide, clay, silica, calcium carbonate, stabilizers such as metal soaps and basic lead, colorants, flame retardants, and fiber reinforcement. You may mix | blend additives, such as an agent and a modifier, suitably.
[0018]
The thickness of the restoration resin layer (3) is preferably 0.3 to 2.0 mm. If it is less than 0.3 mm, a sufficient amount of plasticizer to be transferred to the existing waterproof sheet (14) cannot be ensured, and the flexibility of the existing waterproof sheet (14) is not sufficiently recovered, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 2.0 mm, the cost increases, which is not preferable.
[0019]
The existing sheet waterproof structure using the repair joint piece (1) of the present invention can be repaired as follows, for example.
[0020]
First, the waterproof sheet structure to which the present embodiment is applied is waterproofed by an insulating method. That is, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a large number of disk-shaped first joining pieces (12) are partially opened on a surface to be waterproofed such as a flat roof in a structure (11) such as a building. It is fixed to the housing of the structure (11) using a first fixing tool (13) comprising mechanical fixing means such as a leg nail and a curl plug, and the existing waterproof sheet (14) is attached to the surface of the structure (11). The sheet waterproof structure is formed by being bonded to each first joining piece (12) with an adhesive while being stretched over.
[0021]
And in such a sheet | seat waterproofing structure, when the existing waterproof sheet | seat (14) deteriorates by long-term use etc., the repair method of this embodiment is performed using the repairing piece (1) of this invention. .
[0022]
First, the surface of the existing waterproof sheet (14) that has deteriorated over time is easily cleaned as necessary to remove foreign matters such as sand adhered to the surface.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.5 (a), the joining piece for repair (1) is fixed on the existing waterproof sheet | seat (14). That is, the repair joint piece (1) is dispersed and arranged on the existing waterproof sheet (14) so that the repair resin layer (3) is in contact with the existing waterproof sheet (14). The second fixing tool (23) composed of a mechanical fixing means such as a spread leg nail and a curl plug is inserted and penetrated into the fixing tool insertion hole (2a) and the existing waterproof sheet (14), respectively. By fixing to the housing of (11), the repairing joint piece (1) is fixed on the existing waterproof sheet (14).
[0024]
Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5B, the waterproofing sheet for repair (24) is arranged so as to cover the existing waterproofing sheet (14) from above, and the waterproof sheet for repairing (24) is further provided. In a stretched state, the required areas of the repair waterproof sheet (24) are respectively bonded to the repair joint piece (1) with an adhesive, thus completing the repair work of this embodiment.
[0025]
The repair waterproof sheet (24) is similar to the existing waterproof sheet (14), and is composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet such as a soft polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyethylene resin, a polypropylene resin, a non-vulcanized rubber-based sheet, A rubber asphalt-based sheet or the like can be preferably used, and among them, a material made of a soft polyvinyl chloride resin sheet can be more suitably used because excellent adhesiveness can be obtained. Further, these waterproof sheets (14) and (24) generally have a thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm.
[0026]
The adhesive for adhering the repair waterproof sheet (24) to the repair joint piece (1) is the same as the adhesive for adhering the existing waterproof sheet (14) to the first joint piece (12). For example, an epoxy-based, urethane-based, rubber-based adhesive or the like can be suitably used. In particular, when the waterproof sheet (14) (24) and the joining surface of the joining piece (12) (1) are made of vinyl chloride resin, tetrahydrofuran (THF) alone or a solvent type in which vinyl chloride resin is dissolved in THF. It is desirable to use an adhesive, and by using the adhesive, an adhesive effect with excellent durability can be obtained.
[0027]
According to such a repairing method, since the repairing resin layer (3) of the repairing joint piece (1) is constructed so as to be in contact with the existing waterproof sheet (14), the repairing resin layer (3) The plasticizer is reliably and promptly supplied to the region of the existing waterproof sheet (14) that supports the repair joint piece (1). Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent shrinkage and wrinkles from occurring in the support area of the existing waterproof sheet (14) after completion of the repair. As a result, the newly installed joint piece for repair (1) can be prevented from being lifted, so that a good aesthetic appearance can be maintained for a long time in the repaired waterproof sheet structure.
[0028]
Further, since the plasticizer is gradually supplied from the restoration resin layer (3) to other regions other than the supporting region of the existing waterproof sheet (14), the plasticizer is deficient in the existing waterproof sheet (14). Since the physical properties, particularly flexibility, of the existing waterproof sheet (14) deteriorated thereby can be recovered and its tension can be removed, the durability as a waterproof sheet is improved. Can do. And the bad influence resulting from the tension | tensile_strength of the existing waterproof sheet (14) does not reach the newly installed waterproof sheet (24) for repair.
[0029]
Further, since the repair resin layer (3) is integrated with the repair joint piece, the repair can be efficiently performed, and the repair period can be shortened and the cost can be reduced.
[0030]
【Example】
Next, specific examples of the present invention will be described.
[0031]
<Example 1>

[0032]
And it is a waterproof sheet made of soft vinyl chloride resin (thickness 1.5mm) stretched and constructed on the rooftop of the building by the insulation method. It used as the sample of a waterproof sheet, and the said joining piece for a repair was disperse | distributed and arrange | positioned on the predetermined area | region between the 1st joining pieces as shown in FIG. At this time, the repair resin layer of the repair joint piece was placed in contact with the surface of the existing waterproof sheet.
[0033]
Next, the second fixing tool made of an open leg nail passes through the fixing tool insertion hole of the joining piece, and further through the existing waterproof sheet, and is fixed to the frame of the structure to fix the repair joining piece on the existing waterproof sheet. (Fig. 3) In addition, with the waterproof sheet for repair made of soft polyvinyl chloride resin placed and stretched so that the existing waterproof sheet is covered from above, the required area of this repair waterproof sheet is used for repair The joint pieces were each bonded with an adhesive (tetrahydrofuran) (FIG. 4) and refurbished.
[0034]
(Vinyl chloride resin composition)
A vinyl chloride resin composition obtained by blending 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, 200 parts by weight of a plasticizer (DOP), and 10 parts by weight of a filler (titanium oxide).
[0035]
<Evaluation>
The upper surface of the waterproof sheet structure after 30 days from the completion of the repair work, that is, the appearance of the newly installed waterproof sheet for repair (whether wrinkles were generated, swollen, and the joints were lifted) was observed. .
[0036]
On the other hand, when 30 days passed after completion of the repair work, only the existing waterproof sheet was cut out, the mechanical properties thereof were measured (JIS A6008), and compared with the initial physical properties of the waterproof sheet and the physical properties at the time of aging. These results are shown in the table.

[0038]
As shown in Table 1, when 30 days have passed since the renovation, the aged waterproof sheet has recovered to a considerable extent, and the appearance of the waterproof structure after the refurbishment is also wrinkled, swollen, lifted, etc. It was very good.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the repairing joint piece of the waterproof sheet structure according to the present invention is provided with the repairing resin layer containing a large amount of the plasticizer, so that the repairing resin layer is in contact with the existing waterproofing sheet. If it is placed and repaired, the plasticizer is surely and quickly supplied from the repairing resin layer to the region of the existing waterproof sheet that supports the repairing joint piece. Occurrence can be prevented, and as a result, the newly installed joint piece for repair can be reliably prevented from floating. In addition, since the plasticizer is gradually supplied from the restoration resin layer to other regions other than the support region in the existing waterproof sheet, the physical properties, particularly flexibility, of the existing waterproof sheet can be recovered, and as a result, waterproof. The durability as a sheet can be improved. Furthermore, since the repair resin layer is integrated, the construction is easy, the construction cost is low, and the construction period is short.
[0040]
In the joint piece, when the restoration resin layer is made of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing 50 to 300 parts by weight of a plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin, the surface state of the existing waterproof sheet is changed. The characteristics, particularly flexibility, of the existing waterproof sheet can be sufficiently restored without deteriorating or reducing the mechanical strength.
[0041]
Further, according to the repairing method of the present invention, the plasticizer is reliably and quickly supplied from the repairing resin layer of the joining piece arranged in contact with the existing waterproof sheet to the region supporting the repairing joining piece in the existing waterproof sheet. Since supply and replenishment can be performed, shrinkage and wrinkles can be prevented from occurring in the support area, and as a result, it is possible to reliably prevent the newly installed repair joint piece from floating. In addition, since the plasticizer is gradually supplied to other regions other than the support region in the existing waterproof sheet, the physical properties, particularly flexibility, of the existing waterproof sheet can be recovered, and as a result, durability as a waterproof sheet can be improved. Can be improved. Further, since the repair resin layer is integrated with the repair joint piece, the repair work is easy, the construction cost is low, and the construction period can be shortened.
