【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら以上の従来技術によれば、墜落防止装置(6)が昇降用手摺(10)に定着してあるため位置が低く、昇降時に肩やヘルメットにぶつかる障害や、墜落防止装置(6)の定着位置が昇降サークル(7)の外側に位置しているため、降下後の回転フック収納時に回転フック(8)が昇降階段(11)や昇降サークル(7)に衝突したり、途中引っ掛かり昇降サークル(7)が外れる障害があった。又、周辺重機の振動により地山が緩み単管支柱が不安定になってしまったり、ライナープレートの外面へ突設しているため重機で引っ掛ける不都合があった。
そこでこの発明は、墜落防止装置(6)を昇降サークル(7)内の中心上部へ定着可能とする事により、昇降時における障害を回避し、降下後の回転フック(8)収納時も昇降階段(11)や昇降サークル(7)への衝突や引っ掛かりを防ぐ事が出来る。又、固定ベース(2)から支柱(4)は簡単に着脱可能なため、昇降作業の必要のない時は取外しが容易に出来る設備を提供する事を課題とする。

(ロ) ライナープレート組立ボルト孔(3)と固定ベースボルト孔(12)を組立ボルトにて係止するが、ライナープレート(1)と固定ベース(2)は歯合されている。
(ハ) 固定ベース(2)で支柱(4)を回動自在に軸支する。
(ニ) 挿通孔(13)と、位置決め部材(14)を係合させ固定ピン(5)を挿通し固定する。
(ホ) 挿通孔(13)は左右両側へ設けてあるため、固定ベース(2)は昇降口の左右どちらへ係止しても可能となる。
(ヘ) 支柱(4)の端面に墜落防止装置(6)を吊持し、ライナープレート(1)の内側の昇降サークル(7)内中心上部へ定着する。

【発明の効果】墜落防止装置の専用吊り治具の発明によれば、次の効果が得られる。
1.墜落防止装置(6)を昇降サークル(7)内中心上部に定着可能となり、
昇降時に肩やヘルメットにぶつかる障害が回避できる。
2.昇降階段降下後の回転フック収納時、回転フック(8)が昇降階段(11)や昇降サークル(7)に衝突したり、途中の引っ掛かりや昇降サークル(7)が外れる障害を防ぐ事ができる。
3.回転フック(8)の衝突が無くなり、回転フック(8)、昇降階段(11)、昇降サークル(7)の機具損傷防止となる。
4.固定ベース(2)と支柱(4)は簡単に着脱可能なため、昇降作業の必要の無い時は取外しが容易に出来、重機による引っ掛け損傷の防止となる。
