Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カチオン性且つ水に対して可溶性又は分散性の、アクリル酸エステルポリマ ー、C1-6アルキル置換アクリル酸エステルポリマー及びこれ等に対応するアク リルアミドポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つのポリマーをキャリ アーとして含むことを特徴とする、合成トランスフェクション又はブロッキング システム。 2.プラスミド、遺伝子構造体又はオリゴヌクレオチドを更に包含することを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.該キャリアーとしてのポリマーが、ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレートの 共重合体又は単独重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のシス テム。 4.該キャリアーとしてのポリマーとDNA断片を包含してなる複数の濃縮粒子 を、リポソームやヒドロゲルのような薬剤運搬用システム内に封入してなること を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシステム。 5.該キャリアーとしてのポリマーが、ホーミング手段にカップリングされてい ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のい ずれかに記載のシステム。 6.該ホーミング手段が、標的細胞の細胞膜に存在するタンパク質を認識しうる モノクローナル抗体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。 7.該キャリアーとしてのポリマーが、融合誘導性構造体にカップリングされて いることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のシステム。 8.ポリヌクレオチド断片と、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のカチオン性且つ 水に対して可溶性又は分散性の、アクリル酸エステルポリマー、C1-6アルキル 置換アクリル酸エステルポリマー及びこれ等に対応するアクリルアミドポリマー からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つのポリマーとを、該ポリマーが陽性荷電 される条件下で接触せしめることを特徴とする、合成トランスフェクション又は ブロッキングシステムの調製方法。 9.該接触を、増粘剤、好ましくはショ糖、の存在下で行うことを特徴とする、 請求項8に記載の調製方法。 10.DNA断片と、アクリル酸エステルポリマー、アクリ ルアミドポリマー、C1-6アルキル置換アクリル酸エステルポリマー及びC1-6ア ルキル置換アクリルアミドポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つのポ リマーであって、カチオン性置換基により少なくとも部分的に置換されているポ リマーとを接触させることによりトランスフェクションシステムを得、続いて、 得られたトランスフェクションシステムを標的細胞と接触せしめることを特徴と する、DNA断片を標的細胞に導入するための方法。 11.アクリル酸エステルポリマー、アクリルアミドポリマー、C1-6アルキル 置換アクリル酸エステルポリマー及びC1-6アルキル置換アクリルアミドポリマ ーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つのポリマーであって、カチオン性置換 基によって少なくとも部分的に置換されているポリマーのDNAのキャリアーと しての使用。
