Abstract

Un procedimento per l'imballaggio del caffè, comprendente una fase di macinazione del caffè proveniente da silos (1), una fase di formatura di contenitori (7) flessibili o semirigidi e una fase di riempimento di tali contenitori (7) con il caffè e successiva sigillatura della confezione, in cui in detta fase di formatura dei contenitori (7), questi vengono preventivamente riempiti con gas e temporaneamente chiusi nella loro parte superiore, in modo da poter essere riaperti immediatamente prima del riempimento, che avviene in atmosfera controllata mediante pioggia di gas, il gas utilizzato per riempire preventivamente i contenitori (7) e/o per controllare l'atmosfera durante la fase di riempimento dei contenitori, viene prelevato dalla stazione di macinazione del caffè. L'invenzione riguarda anche un impianto per l'attuazione di tale procedimento.
