Abstract
包装咖啡的方法,包括把贮仓(1)送来的咖啡磨
碎,成型一个软性或半刚性的容器(7),把咖啡装入所
述的容器(7)中和随后封闭该包装等步骤,其中,在容
器(7)成型阶段,容器预先充以气体并同时暂时封闭
其顶部,在装咖啡前不久可再打开该顶部,装咖啡在
由气体流控制的气氛中进行,用于予先充入容器(7)
中的和/或在把咖啡装入容器中用以控制气氛的气
体从咖啡磨碎机中抽出。本发明还提供了实施上述
方法的装置。
Description
本发明涉及包装咖啡的方法及装置,更具体地是涉及使用气体而不进行抽真空的操作把咖啡包装在密封的软的或半刚性的容器中的方法及有关的装置。
通常,把磨碎的咖啡包装在密封的软的容器中时,为了保持形状及保藏咖啡,必须要对容器内部抽真空,使其有要求的致密性及使包装内部的氧量保持较低,这是保证咖啡在使用前有适合的防护的一个基本条件。
这种方法很复杂并要求有昂贵的设备,因为它要求予先对咖啡部分或完全除气,还要在合适的贮仓中放一段时间。
用气体冲洗可以加速所述的除气。
之后,咖啡要在相当复杂和昂贵的设备中包装,因为必须进行抽真空的处理。
虽然这种方法相当昂贵,但是仍很广泛地应用,因为它使咖啡在饮用前能保藏良好。但是,一当打开包装,产品的质量很迅速地变差,因为它容易吸收外界的空气而迅速氧化。
有人提出用非真空包装咖啡,把咖啡包装在产品本身散出的气体之中。
但是,这些方法不太成功,因为它不能保证把产品保持在气体气氛中,而通常会把空气带入容器中。
本发明的目的解决现有技术的上述缺点,提供一种把咖啡包装在气体气氛中的方法及有关的设备,以便保证很好地保藏产品甚至在打开包装后相当的一段时间后仍能保持好的质量。
本发明的目的可用本发明的方法来实现,按照本发明的方法,在成形步骤把产品本身的气体通入容器中,这种气体可方便地从磨碎机中回收,再暂时封闭包装并且最好在气体气氛的小室中再重新打开以装入产品。
更具体地,容器用在底部有弄方整及焊接***而在顶部有褶叠及点焊***的空心轴上制成,在所述的空心轴上成形阶段,容器的腔中通以气体。如此,在把底部焊住并对顶部点焊时,制出的容器充满气体。
这样制出的容器的上部是暂时封闭的,在把容器转送到装料机时有气体的逸出。另外一种方案,可在容器的顶部焊住约2-3毫米宽,这种情况下,在装料前把焊缝的下面的上边缘切去。
装料在控制气氛的小室中进行,借助于螺旋输送器,其卸料管***已事先打开顶部的容器中。
气氛用通过专门的喷嘴注入的气流来控制。
仍然在所述的小室中,把容器朝向密封顶部的设备移动,把容器最后密封及折叠的。
当为周期所确定的时间中要传送的产品不够时,可加进第二台螺旋输送器以分担要传送产品的量。
容器的尺寸使其容积比咖啡的最大容积还大些,这样,不必要对容器的容积进行补偿,而这一点正是软性真空容器要求的操作。
容器的顶盖设有排气阀,可排出咖啡中产生的气体。
这样可得到两个优点:首先,防止容器内产生过压,其次,可进一步减少在容器内部过分的氧量,因为这部分氧与产品产生的气体混合时,它可由排气阀逸出。
所用的气体是从咖啡磨碎机中抽出,可避免后面再用纯化***,对于除去磨碎机产生的气体通常要设这一***。
当使用豆形咖啡,而不是粉状咖啡时,可以用密封的称量装置代替螺旋输送器,产品用一专门的密封的分配器送料,该分配器通过专门的保护管与咖啡磨碎机相连。
下面参照附图对本发明的一个非限制性实施例进行详细说明,会对本发明的其它特点更加清楚,附图中:
图1是按照本发明的在气体气氛中包装咖啡的装置的总图;
图2和图3是用来形成予先充以气体的容器的带有气体流的空心轴的示意前视图及侧视图;
图4是具有带气体流的小室的容器装料及焊接机。
首先参见图1,贮仓1装有豆状咖啡,通过管道2把豆状咖啡送到磨碎机3,从磨碎机3出来的粉状咖啡通过送料管4和分配螺旋输送器5送到包装机6,在该包装机6中,预先在成形机8中成形的容器7中充填入产品并被密封。
在成形机8中(下面参照图2及图3将对其详细说明),容器予先充以从磨碎机3抽出的气体,通过抽气机9抽出的气体经过单向阀10,11和通过贮存及膨胀室12送入成形机8中。贮存及膨胀室12由柔性的密封容器组成。膨胀室12的上游借助于减压阀13和单向阀14与贮存在气瓶15中的外气源例如氮气或CO2气相连,以便补偿***中可能出现的缺陷和在起动步骤中使它激活。
从磨碎机3抽出的气体还送到包装机6,该机在气体气氛中工作,下面将参见图4详细说明。
下面参照图2和图3,可以了解容器7如何在空心轴20上制成。开始是一张单层或多层的板材21,穿过上导向辊22,绕在轴20上,再如由马达24驱动的牵引辊23往下拉。
板材21的条带由辊25压住包在轴20上,形成管形,它由焊棒26沿纵向密封起来。
上述的管形板材在空心轴的顶部是开口的,以便***通进从磨碎机3抽出的气体(参见图1)的进气管27。
容器7用弄方整的***30来完成。容器7首先在底部31进行横向焊接,在通过管27把气体充入后,把顶部32褶起并进行点焊。接着用切割棒33对容器进行切割。
按照上述的方法,制出了容器,其底部焊住,而顶部简单地点焊住,这种容器充满气体并运送到包装机6。
如图4可清楚地看出,该包装机6包括具有用气流控制的气氛的小室40,在小室40中对容器7进行装料及重新焊接。
更具体地说,可以设置一个吸气***41用于打开容器的上部,这样可把分配螺旋输送机5的出料管42插进去。
然后把容器传送到辅助密封机43,对容器的上部进行最后的重新焊接。然后可将容器送去由专门的夹具44拉住卸下。所有上述操作在控制气氛中进行,它保证良好的产品质量及储藏。
在图4中,在小室40内,设置一个修边机45,用来当容器在成形机8中已焊好而不是简单地点焊住的时候切去充气容器的顶边。
容器7的尺寸使其容积大于咖啡的最大容积,以便留出足够的自由空间。容器的顶部还设有排气阀可排出咖啡中产生的气体。
当然,也可以把豆状咖啡装入容器7中,在这种情况下,可用密封的称量装置代替分配螺旋输送器5,产品用一专门的密封的分配器送入称量装置。
使用本发明的方法和装置,装入密封容器7中的咖啡被它自身散发出的气体所包围。因此,当打开容器7使用时,咖啡总是高质量的,在打开后还可保持长时间。
Claims (11)
1、把咖啡包装在软性的或半刚性的容器(7)中的方法,包括下面步骤:
用具有单层或多层的板材(21)带包在一个轴(20)上成形一个在顶部开口的容器(7);
把咖啡装入容器(7)中;
用焊接及其后的褶叠来密封容器(7)的上部,
其特征在于在所述的成形步骤,所述的容器充满了气体,并且其顶部暂时封闭,在装入咖啡的步骤前立即打开该顶部。
2、按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于把产品装入容器(7)的步骤是在控制的气体气氛中进行的。
3、按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于在用气体予先充入容器(7)和/或控制用咖啡装入容器的阶段所用的气体是从贮仓(1)和以咖啡磨碎机(3)中抽出的气体。
4、按照权利要求3的方法,其特征在于所述的从贮仓(1)和从磨碎机(3)中抽出的气体送入补偿室(12)中。
5、按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于在充满气体后,所述的容器(7)用褶叠及点焊暂时封闭其顶部,然后用吸气***(41)打开顶部以便装入咖啡。
6、按照权利要求1的方法,其特征在于在充满气体后,所述的容器(7)用焊接封闭其顶部,然后在装入咖啡前通过切边来打开顶部。
7、一种包装咖啡的装置,包括咖啡贮仓(1);磨碎机(3);装料及包装机(6);空容器成形机(8),其特征在于所述的成形机(8)包括一空心轴(20),通过用以把气体予先充入容器(7)中的管(27),使气体通过空心轴(20)充入容器(7)中,该容器(7)的顶部是暂时封闭着的,并且所述的装料机(6)放在用气体流控制的气氛的小室(40)中。
8、按照权利要求7的装置,其特征在于充入成形机(8)中的容器(7)中和/或控制小室(40)的气氛的气体从所述的贮仓(1)和磨碎机(3)中抽出,还可能通过中间补偿室(12)和贮存气瓶(15)。
9、按照权利要求7或8的装置,其特征在于所述的小室(40)设置在一个第二室(50)内,以抽走过剩的气体。
10、用按照权利要求1到6中在一项方法或用按照权利要求7到9中任一项设备制出的盒装咖啡,其特征在于所述的容器(7)具有自由空间。
11、按照权利要求10的盒装咖啡,其特征在于所述的容器(7)的顶部设有排气阀。
