A találmány tárgyát képezi növényi magokban tetszőleges génekexpressziójára szolgáló promoter. A találmány tárgyát képezi továbbánövényi magokban tetszőleges gének expressziójára szolgáló expresszióskazetta, amely a találmány szerinti promotert, egy expresszálandó géntés 3' terminációs szekvenciákat tartalmaz. A találmány tárgyát képeziktovábbá az expressziós kazettát tartalmazó plazmidok, a plazmidokattartalmazó növényi sejtek, valamint az expressziós kazetta növényisejtbe történő beépítésére szolgáló eljárás és az expressziós kazettaés a plazmidok alkalmazása kultúr-terménynövényekben anyagokelőállítására. A találmány a biotechnológia, a gyógyászat és anövénytermesztés területén alkalmazható. Ó
