Claims (11)
1. Postupak za odabir sredstva djelotvornog za liječenje poremećaja pokretljivosti intestinalnog trakta, naznačen time da navedeni postupak obuhvaća:
a) korak spaciotemporalnog (ST) mapiranja proveden na gastrointestinalnom segmentu radi analize učinka navedenog sredstva na gastrointestinalnu pokretljivost; i
b) korak ex vivo snimanja živčanih snopova koji se provodi na gastrointestinalnom segmentu, kako bi se analizirao učinak navedenog sredstva na mezenterijalno aferentno okidanje živaca.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se ST mapiranje u koraku a) provodi pomoću video snimanja; i/ili
pri čemu korak a) sadrži korištenje ST mape za mjerenje frekvencije migrirajućeg motornog kompleksa (MMC) i/ili brzine migrirajućeg motornog kompleksa (MMC) u navedenom gastrointestinalnom segmentu.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da korak a) nadalje obuhvaća mjerenje intraluminalnog tlaka, poželjno pri čemu navedeno mjerenje intraluminalnog tlaka je intraluminalni vršni tlak (PPr).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da korak b) obuhvaća mjerenje spontanih frekvencija okidanja mezenterijalnih aferentnih snopova živaca.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da navedeni gastrointestinalni segment je ex vivo segment jejunuma ili debelog crijeva; i/ili
pri čemu navedeni gastrointestinalni segment je iz miša.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da su koraci a) i b) provode prije i poslije intraluminalne primjene sredstva.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je navedeno sredstvo cijela stanica, mikroorganizam, protein, peptid, enzim ili drugi biološki ili kemijski materijal, poželjno pri čemu navedeno sredstvo je mikroorganizam, poželjnije bakterijski soj.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je poremećaj pokretljivosti crijeva onaj u kojem se želi smanjiti vrijeme transporta materijala kroz probavni trakt i pri čemu u koraku a) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost povećanja gastrointestinalne pokretljivosti i u koraku b) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja mezenterijalnog aferentnog okidanja živaca, poželjno
pri čemu u koraku a) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost povećanja frekvencije MMC ili povećanja brzine MMC ili povećanja intraluminalnog tlaka i u koraku b) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja signalizacije boli.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da je navedeno sredstvo bakterijski soj i navedeni soj je LG345 A, koji ima pristupni broj DSM 27123.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da je poremećaj pokretljivosti crijeva onaj u kojem se želi povećati vrijeme transporta materijala kroz probavni trakt i pri čemu u koraku a) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja gastrointestinalne pokretljivosti i u koraku b) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja mezenterijalnog aferentnog okidanja živaca, poželjno
pri čemu u koraku a) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja frekvencije MMC ili smanjenja brzine MMC ili smanjenja intraluminalnog tlaka i u koraku b) navedeno sredstvo pokazuje sposobnost smanjenja signalizacije boli.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je navedeno sredstvo bakterijski soj i navedeni soj je LG62 1A, koji ima pristupni broj DSM 27126.
