Claims (6)
1. Postupak otkrivanja i navođenja pozicije pokretnog transportnog uređaja/utovarnog uređaja za jaružar s košarama na kotaču ili za jaružar s košarama na lancu (1), pri čemu taj jaružar sadrži stroj za izvlačenje (2) koji ima zaokretnu nadgradnju s kosim podupiračem koji se može naginjati (4), podgradnju na pokretnim gusjenicama (9), te prijenosni uređaj (12) s utovarnim krakom (13) i on dostavlja transportni materijal pomoću trakastog transportera (17) sa ili bez umetnutog pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37) ili sličnog prijelaznog mjesta za transportni materijal, naznačen time, da upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) određuje zakretni kut i nagib utovarnog kraka (13) od prijenosnog uređaja (12) u ovisnosti sa signalima za sljedeće senzore:
• senzor (21) za otkrivanje trenutačnih prostornih koordinata (xB/yB/zB) jaružara s košarama na kotaču ili jaružara s košarama na lancu (1),
• senzor (22) za otkrivanje trenutačnih prostornih koordinata (xS/yS/zS) od trakastog transportera (17) ili od podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37),
• senzor (23) za otkrivanje trenutačnog uzdužnog nagiba i poprečnog nagiba od utovarnog kraka (13),
• senzor (24) za otkrivanje trenutačnog zaokretnog kuta od utovarnog kraka (13),
• senzor (26) za otkrivanje trenutačne udaljenosti utovarnog kraka (13) iznad trakastog transportera (17) ili iznad podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37),
uključujući i otkrivanje sredine remena,
• senzor za nadzor prepunjavanja u/na prijenosnoj točki od utovarnog kraka (13).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se na utovarni krak (13) od trakastog transportera (17) ili podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37), dostavlja transportni materijal preko utovarne rampe (14), naznačen time, da upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) određuje zaokretni kut i nagib utovarne rampe (14) u ovisnosti sa signalima za sljedeće senzore:
• senzor (28) za otkrivanje trenutačnog stanja utovara transportnog remena trakastog transportera (17) ili podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37),
• senzor (29) za otkrivanje bilo kakvog trenutačnog iskrivljenja transportnog remena od trakastog transportera (17) ili podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37),
• senzor (30) za otkrivanje trenutačnog kutnog položaja utovarne rampe (14),
• senzor za otkrivanje trenutačnog nagiba utovarne rampe (14).
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se u upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) dodatno dostavljaju signali senzora (25) za otkrivanje trenutačnog utovara nakon utovarivanja remena od utovarnog kraka (13).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) dodatno dostavljaju signali senzora (33) za otkrivanje trenutačne točke remenskog prijelaza između podiznog remena od kosog podupirača (4) i utovarnog remena od utovarnog kraka (13).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) dodatno dostavljaju signali senzora (34) za otkrivanje trenutačne točke remenskog prijelaza između utovarnog remena od utovarnog kraka (13) i transportnog remena od trakastog transportera (17) ili podiznog remena (39) od pokretnog prijelaznog transportera (37).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se u upravljački uređaj s otvorenom ili zatvorenom petljom (20) dodatno dostavljaju signali senzora (32) za otkrivanje predmeta unutar zaokretnog dometa utovarnog kraka (13).
