Claims (8)
1. Sustav za termoregulaciju kalupa za tlačno lijevanje (engl. die casting), kalupa za kokilno lijevanje (engl. chill casting) i slično, koji obuhvaća
- otvoreni spremnik (11) koji sadrži tekućinu za hlađenje, točnije vodu,
- primarni hidraulički krug (12) za cirkuliranje tekućine za hlađenje iz tog spremnika do kalupa koji se treba ohladiti i zatim od tuda do spremnika kroz izmjenjivač topline (SC),
- sekundarni pneumatički krug (13) povezan s primarnim hidrauličkim krugom (12) predviđen za cirkuliranje aeriformnog fluida u kalupu koji treba ohladiti, i u alternativnom i u miješanom obliku s tekućinom za hlađenje, i
- kontrolna jedinica primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12) i sekundarnog pneumatičkog kruga (13) koja upravlja hlađenjem kalupa samo tekućinom za hlađenje, samo s aeriformnim fluidom ili aeriformnim fluidom pomiješanim s tekućinom, naznačeno time što dalje obuhvaća hidraulički krug za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) koji je integriran s primarnim hidrauličkim krugom (12) i određen za proizvodnju i cirkuliranje vruće tekućine za prethodno zagrijavanje kalupa kojeg je potrebno termoregulirati.
2. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1, gdje
- primarni hidraulički krug (12) obuhvaća barem recirkulacijsku pumpu (P1) za cirkuliranje tekućine, dostavnu liniju (12’) iz spremnika tekućine (11) do kalupa i povratnu liniju (12") iz kalupa u spremnik kroz izmjenjivač topline za hlađenje te tekućine,
- sekundarni pneumatički krug (13) povezan je s dostavnom linijom (12’) tog primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12) preko ejektora (EJT) smještenog iza cirkulacijske pumpe i preko nepovratnog ventila, i
- hidraulički krug za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) obuhvaća
• trokraki solenoidni ventil (EV5) na povratnoj liniji (12") primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12), iza izmjenjivača topline (SC),
• drugi spremnik (111) koji sadrži tekućinu za prethodno zagrijavanje i koji ima grijač (R), posebno električni rezistor, za zagrijavanje i održavanje temperature u njemu sadržane tekućine za zagrijavanje,
• dostavnu liniju (112’) tekućine za prethodno zagrijavanje iz drugog spremnika (111) u kalup,
• povratnu liniju (112") tekućine za prethodno zagrijavanje iz kalupa u drugi spremnik (111) kroz trokraki ventil (EV5).
3. Sustav prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje se dostavna linija (112’) hidrauličkog kruga za prethodno zagrijavanje (112), počevši od drugog spremnika (111) s tekućinom za zagrijavanje, podudara barem djelomično s dostavnom linijom primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12), gdje se povratna linija (112") hidrauličkog kruga za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) podudara s povratnom linijom (12") primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12) barem u dijelu između kalupa i trokrakog solenoidnog ventila (EV5), i gdje je za cirkuliranje tekućine za zagrijavanje u hidrauličkom krugu za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) postavljena pumpa.
4. Sustav prema zahtjevu 3, gdje je pumpa za cirkuliranje tekućine u krugu za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) ista recirkulacijska pumpa (P1) za cirkuliranje tekućine za hlađenje u primarnom hidrauličkom krugu (12).
5. Sustav prema zahtjevu 3, gdje je pumpa za cirkuliranje tekućine u krugu za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) sastavljena od druge pumpe (P2) koja se može alternativno aktivirati u odnosu na recirkulacijsku pumpu (P1).
6. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje drugi spremnik (111) za tekućinu za zagrijavanje obuhvaća ventilacijsku liniju (111’) koja je povezana preko ventilacijskog solenoidnog ventila (EV6) za povratnu liniju (12") primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12) iza trokrakog solenoidnog ventila (EV5), i termičkog senzora (S3) za kontrolu temperature tekućine za zagrijavanje u istom spremniku.
7. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje spremnik (11) tekućine za hlađenje i kalup imaju termičke senzore (S1; S2) i gdje primarni hidraulički krug (12), sekundarni pneumatički krug (13) i krug za prethodno zagrijavanje (112) obuhvaćaju solenoidne ventile, tlačne sklopke i manometre za kontrolu cirkulirajućih fluida.
8. Sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje je na povratnoj liniji (12") primarnog hidrauličkog kruga (12), prije izmjenjivača topline (SC) umetnut mjerni ventil radi osiguravanja minimalnog prolaza tekućine za hlađenje, za održavanje željenog tlaka u hidrauličkom krugu prije samog ventila, i za snižavanje tlaka tekućine na strani njezinog izlaza prema spremniku.
