Abstract

Δίπλωμα εφευρέσεως για μία μέθοδο παρασκευής ακάμπτου πολυουρεθάνης. Η παρούσα εφεύρεσις σχετίζεται με την απόκτηση μιας ακάμπτου ενώσεως πολυουρεθάνης, κυτταρικής ή μικροκυτταρικής, ενισχυμένης ή όχι, που έχει πυκνότητα κυμαινόμενη από 0,20 έως 1,30 g/cm3. Ο σχηματισμός της ενώσεως αυτής γίνεται κατόπιν αναμίξεως μιας ρητίνης συντιθέμενης από ένα μείγμα πολυολών πολυαιθέρα και πολυεστέρα, αμινωμένων ή όχι, που έχουν μοριακό βάρος κυμαινόμενο από 100 έως 5.000 και χρησιμοποιούνται κατά 5 έως 100 μέρη βάρους, ενός επιφανειακώς ενεργού αντιδραστηρίου βασισμένου επί διμεθυλοπολυσιλοξάνης που χρησιμοποιείται κατά 0,1 έως 5 μέρη βάρους, αμινικών καταλυτών τύπου τετραμεθυλοαιθυλενιοδιαμίνης και διμεθυλοκυκλοεξυλαμίνης που χρησιμοποιούνται κατά 0,1 έως 6 μέρη βάρους, φθοριωμένων στοιχείων φουσκώματος, όπως τριχλωριομονοφθοριομεθανίου που χρησιμοποιείται κατά 0 έως 50 μέρη βάρους, ενός ενισχυτικού παράγοντος, όπως αλεσμένου ή θρυμματισμένου δια σφύρας υλικού γυάλινων ινών, φλοιών ρυζιού, φλοιών καφέ ή φλοιών σιτηρών και ινών πολυπροπυλενίου ή ορυκτών φορτίων, που χρησιμοποιούνται κατά 0 έως 50 μέρη βάρους, και ενός παράγοντος επιβραδύνσεως φλογών, όπως διαιθυλο Ν, Ν δισ (2-υδροξυαιθυλο) αμινοαιθυλοφωσφονατικού άλατος τρι (Β-χλωριο-ισοπροπυλο)-φωσφορικού άλατος, που χρησιμοποιείται από 5 έως 30 μέρη βάρους.'Ενα αρωματικό πολυ-ισοκυανικό άλας, που μπορεί να είναι διϊσοκυανικό τολουόλιο (TDI) ή διϊσοκυανικό διφαινυλομεθάνιο (MDI) χρησιμοποιούμενο κατά 90 έως 150 μέρη βάρους, αναμιγνύεται με την ρητίνη σε ένα κατάλληλο μηχάνημα και, όταν το μείγμα εγχύνεται μέσα σε μία μήτρα που έχει το σχήμα του τμήματος, το μείγμα τούτο παίρνει ακριβώς το σχήμα τούτο, οπότε κατακσευάζεται πλήρως μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά. Η χρησιμοποίησις του διπλώματος αυτού της εφευρέσεως σκοπεύει στην αντικατάσταση του χάλυβα σε οικιακές συσκευές, όπως σε πίνακες, τμήματα και πόρτες ψυγείων και καταψυκτών, πίνακες και τμήματα μηχανικών πλυντηρίων ρούχων, πλυντηρίων πιάτων, στεγνωτηρίων ρούχων και φούρνων μικροκυμάτων.ω
