695,677. Cow-milkers. AKTIEBOLAGET SEPARATOR. Sept. 19, 1951 [Oct. 5, 1950], No. 21970/51. Class 84 A pulsator is mounted on a milk pail cover to be displaceable with regard to the cover whereby aligned ports iri the pulsator lower surface and the seating on the cover, are thrown out of register. By this means water is prevented from entering the pulsator when the pail is washed. As shown the pulsator 4 is pivoted and the vacuum port 14 of the pulsator is displaced from the full line position (line a-b) to the broken line position (line c-d). In the latter position the port 14 is out of register with that provided in the pail cover. The port in the cover'may be in a valve on the cover.
