[Also in Group VI] The actuating handle of a disc valve is arranged so that it can only be removed when the valve is in the " off " position. The part 58, Fig. 3, of the handle 32 moves along an arcuate slot 62 in the valve sealing plug 64. Another slot, Fig. 2 (not shown), in the plug 64 extends at right angles to the slot 62 to allow the handle to be removed.
