605,980. Fusible cut-outs. BESWICK, K. E. Jan. 7, 1946, No. 610. [Class 38 (i)] A fuse has its element in a sleeve resiliently mounted at its ends in an outer casing or cartridge. As shown, a straight or sinuousfusible element 6 is connected in metal tubes 7, 8 to flexible leads 4, 5, the tubes being held in discs 11, 12 closing an asbestos sleeve 13 containing inert material and supported in the outer casing 1 by springs 14, 15.
