Blades.-In order to eliminate as far as possible parallel walls at the outlet ends of the guide passages of steam or other turbines, the straight line generatrix 8-8 of the curved inlet part of the guide blades 12, at the transition into the flat portion of the blade, is inclined to the trailing edge 9-9 of the blade at an angle which is preferably equal to the angular pitch and of the blades. The trailing edge of the adjoining blade is marked 11-11.
