Abstract

Electrical control device for locking and unlocking a lock with panic function, including two control units (8, 11) of which one (8) is constantly operable, of a type comprising a reversible electric motor (1) controlling a locking/unlocking member for the other lock control unit (11) and including a coupling finger (2) co-operating with a peripheral notch (14) provided on a disc (13) secured to the other control unit (11) of a lock to be locked and unlocked. The invention is characterised in that the electric motor (1) supports an annulus (4) or disc secured to the shaft of the motor (1) and provided with a plurality of eccentric axial projections (5), wherein the locking/unlocking member consists of the coupling finger (2), pivotably mounted on a plate (3), and of a resilient linkage (7) secured to said coupling finger (2) at one end thereof, the free end of which is arranged in the path of said axial projections (5) and is capable of being disengaged from said projections (5). The invention is useful for panic locks.
