Abstract

Un procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos derivados de ergolina de fórmula general **(Ver fórmula I)** donde: R1 es etilo, n-propilo o alilo; Y es O, S, o SO2; X es hidrógeno, cloro o bromo; la línea punteada representa la presencia opcional de un doble enlace; y las sales de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptables del mismo; cuyo procedimiento comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula **(Ver fórmula II)** en donde Q es un grupo saliente; X es hidrógeno, cloro o bromo; R2 es hidrógeno, etilo, n-propilo o alilo; en cualquier secuencia.
