Abstract

Dispositivo de accionamiento, con un grupo de accionamiento (1) y con una máquina eléctrica que comprende, al menos, un estator (7) y, al menos, un rotor (8), dispuestos en un árbol de accionamiento (2) que se extiende a través del grupo de accionamiento (1), estando dispuesta la máquina eléctrica (7, 8) en el árbol de accionamiento (2), en el lado, opuesto al lado conducido, del grupo de accionamiento (1), caracterizado porque la máquina eléctrica (7, 8) está realizada, en variante, con rotor exterior, de modo que el rotor (8) de la máquina eléctrica es susceptible de girar exteriormente alrededor del estator (7), y porque el rotor (8) presenta, en su cara exterior, medios de transmisión de par (13, 14) para transmitir su par a una unidad (10) que hay que arrastrar mecánicamente.

Description

Dispositivo de accionamiento.
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de accionamiento con grupo de accionamiento y con una máquina eléctrica de acuerdo con el preámbulo de la reivindicación 1.
De acuerdo con el estado más cercano de la técnica, se conoce un dispositivo de accionamiento (véase el documento DE 197 04 153 A), con un grupo de accionamiento y con una máquina eléctrica, que comprende, al menos, un estator y, al menos, un rotor, dispuestos en un árbol de accionamiento que se extiende a través del grupo de accionamiento, sabiendo que la máquina eléctrica está dispuesta en el árbol de accionamiento, en el lado, opuesto al lado conducido, del grupo de accionamiento.
Además, en el caso de un sistema análogo, se conocen modos de realización del embrague, montado entre la máquina eléctrica y el árbol de accionamiento (véase el documento EP-A-0 916 546).
El objeto de la invención es perfeccionar un dispositivo de accionamiento de acuerdo con el estado más cercano de la técnica, de manera que se pueda arrastrar una unidad mecánica por medio de la máquina eléctrica, de manera simple, teniendo al mismo tiempo una construcción compacta.
Este problema se resuelve por las características de la reivindicación 1.
De acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, la máquina eléctrica se realiza, en variante, con rotor exterior, de modo que el rotor de la máquina eléctrica es susceptible de girar exteriormente alrededor del estator, y el rotor presenta, en su cara exterior, medios de transmisión de par, por ejemplo, un dentado, para transmitir su par a una unidad que produzca un accionamiento mecánico.
Se obtiene así un accionamiento directo de funcionamiento seguro y económica- mente ventajoso de la unidad, en relación con una disposición poco voluminosa, y muy compacta.
De acuerdo con un modo de realización particularmente preferido, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, el grupo de accionamiento es un motor de combustión de un vehículo automóvil, y el árbol de accionamiento es un cigüeñal del motor de combustión, y la unidad que asegura el accionamiento mecánico es una unidad con compresor de climatización. En este caso, es posible, igualmente, tener una climatización fija.
La disposición indicada anteriormente es particularmente apropiada en relación con una máquina eléctrica, realizada en forma de una unidad de motor de arranque/generador, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, y un dispositivo de mando de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4.
La invención va a explicarse más en detalle con la ayuda de un dibujo.
La Figura única representa, en ilustración esquemática, una forma de realización de la invención.
En la figura 1 se ha representado un motor de combustión 1, de un vehículo automóvil, por intermedio de cuyo cigüeñal 2, arrastrado por los pistones del motor de combustión 1, transmite un par, por medio de un embrague de transmisión (respectivamente por un convertidor en caso de transmisión automática), al árbol de entrada a la transmisión de una caja de velocidades manual o automática 3, para el accionamiento de las ruedas, montadas en el tren de rodadura 4 del vehículo automóvil.
En el lado del motor de combustión 1, opuesto a la transmisión 3, está dispuesta una máquina eléctrica. Esta máquina eléctrica sirve de unidad motor de arranque/generador y permite, por una parte, un arranque simple del motor de combustión 1 y, por otra, obtener una potencia grande de generador para, después del arranque del motor de combustión 1, facilitar energía a consumidores determinados del vehículo automóvil. Con este objeto, la máquina eléctrica comprende un rotor 8, acoplado al cigüeñal 1, rotor montado a rotación en el exterior de uno o varios enrollamientos de estator 7.
La máquina eléctrica 8 puede estar realizada, por ejemplo, en forma de un motor asíncrono, que funciona a 42 V. Igualmente, es posible el modo de realización constituido en forma de un motor síncrono. En funcionamiento como motor, la máquina eléctrica, durante el accionamiento de la llave del motor de arranque, se encarga del funcionamiento de un motor de arranque para arrancar el motor de combustión 1. Para esto, se lleva a los enrollamientos de estator 7, por intermedio de una unidad electrónica de potencia y de mando no representada, una energía correspondiente desde la batería del vehículo, de modo que el rotor 8 es solicitado con un par de arranque, que permite el arranque del motor de combustión 1. Después del arranque del motor de combustión 1, la máquina eléctrica se encuentra en funcionamiento como generador, sabiendo que el rotor 8 es puesto en rotación por intermedio del cigüeñal 2, del motor de combustión 1, e induce, así, en los enrollamientos del estator 7, una tensión que sirve para la alimentación de energía de diferentes consumidores del vehículo automóvil. Así, entre otras cosas, la tensión aplicada por el estator 7, respectivamente la corriente alterna correspondiente, es convertida en una tensión de alimentación continua, de la red de a bordo o de los consumidores del vehículo que están conectados a ésta, y de la batería del vehículo.
La batería del vehículo puede ser realizada para una red a bordo de 42 V, de acuerdo con la técnica a base de plomo, la técnica de iones-litio, la técnica de hidruro metálico níquel o la técnica de ultracondensador.
Para el arranque en frío, el embrague 9 es abierto en primer lugar por la unidad electrónica de mando, y se lleva energía a la unidad de motor de arranque/generador, para hacerla funcionar como motor. Si el rotor 8 ha alcanzado una velocidad de rotación suficientemente elevada, el embrague 9 puede ser cerrado, lo que tiene como consecuencia un acoplamiento mecánico entre el rotor 7 y el árbol de cigüeñal 2, de modo que el árbol de cigüeñal 2 es arrastrado a la velocidad de rotación del rotor 8. Un arranque en caliente puede efectuarse de manera análoga al arranque en frío o, igualmente, con el embrague 9 cerrado desde el principio.
Otra ventaja, en caso de utilización del embrague 9 representado en la Fig. 1, reside en el hecho de que es posible tener una climatización fija, igualmente cuando el motor de combustión 1 está parado. Con este objeto, el embrague 9 está desembragado cuando el motor de combustión 1 está parado, a fin de desacoplar la máquina eléctrica, respectivamente el rotor 8, con respecto al motor de combustión 1, respectivamente, el cigüeñal 2. A continuación, la máquina eléctrica pasa a modo motor, es decir, que se lleva energía eléctrica a los enrollamientos de estator 7, desde la unidad electrónica de potencia y de mando, a fin de hacer girar el rotor 8.
La máquina eléctrica está realizada de acuerdo con lo que se denomina la variante de rotor exterior, es decir, que el rotor 8 de la máquina eléctrica está montado a rotación en el exterior de los enrollamientos del estator 7. En este caso, un compresor de climatización 10 puede ser arrastrado directamente con la ayuda de una corona dentada 14, acoplada al rotor 8 por un dentado 13. Es posible, entonces, tener una climatización fija si, en la parada del motor de combustión 1, el embrague 9 está desembragado y la máquina eléctrica es arrastrada por intermedio de la batería.
En la forma de realización representada, el embrague 9 debe contener un amortiguador de vibraciones y/o un atenuador de vibraciones, para suprimir las vibraciones eventualmente transmitidas al cigüeñal 2 por la máquina eléctrica o su rotor 8, y permitir tener un generador cuyo funcionamiento sea tranquilo.

Claims (4)

1. Dispositivo de accionamiento, con un grupo de accionamiento (1) y con una máquina eléctrica que comprende, al menos, un estator (7) y, al menos, un rotor (8), dispuestos en un árbol de accionamiento (2) que se extiende a través del grupo de accionamiento (1), estando dispuesta la máquina eléctrica (7, 8) en el árbol de accionamiento (2), en el lado, opuesto al lado conducido, del grupo de accionamiento (1), caracterizado porque la máquina eléctrica (7, 8) está realizada, en variante, con rotor exterior, de modo que el rotor (8) de la máquina eléctrica es susceptible de girar exteriormente alrededor del estator (7), y porque el rotor (8) presenta, en su cara exterior, medios de transmisión de par (13, 14) para transmitir su par a una unidad (10) que hay que arrastrar mecánicamente.
2. Dispositivo de accionamiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el grupo de accionamiento (1) es un motor de combustión (1) y el árbol de accionamiento (2) es un cigüeñal del motor de combustión (1), y porque la unidad (10) que hay que arrastrar mecánicamente es una unidad de compresor de climatización.
3. Dispositivo de accionamiento de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque la máquina eléctrica (7, 8) está realizada en forma de una unidad motor de arranque/generador, a la cual, en un primer modo de funcionamiento, es llevada energía para arrancar el grupo de accionamiento (1) y, en un segundo modo de funcionamiento, posterior al arranque del grupo de accionamiento (1), facilita ella misma energía para la alimentación de energía de los consumidores eléctricos, y porque el rotor (8) de la máquina eléctrica está acoplado al árbol de accionamiento (2) por un embrague (9).
4. Dispositivo de accionamiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque está previsto un dispositivo de mando que acciona, en primer lugar, durante el primer modo de funcionamiento, el embrague (9), de manera que se acopla la unión entre el rotor (8) y el árbol de accionamiento (2), y que a continuación cierra el embrague (9) cuando el rotor (8), en el primer modo de funcionamiento, ha alcanzado una velocidad de rotación determinada, y siendo cerrado después el embrague (9), durante el primer modo de funcionamiento.
