Definitions

  • the invention relates to a canopy according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a canopy is from U.S. 2016/281 384 A1 known. From the DE 20 2008 009 014 U1 a mast for the height-adjustable attachment of a textile awning is known.
  • glazed patio roofs are known in which one or more of the supports have integrated vertical shading.
  • the disadvantage of these terrace roofs is that the vertical shading arranged on the supports delimit and thereby restrict the space under the terrace roof at the same time.
  • the object of the invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the known canopies and to develop a canopy in such a way that it can be equipped with one or more shading elements without these limiting and restricting the space under the canopy and without the shading area being variable to a variable position of the sun is adjustable.
  • the canopy with a frame formed from a plurality of supports, with at least one of the supports having a roller tube with a shading element that can be unwound from the roller tube with a free end in the unwinding direction, with the shading element forming an awning that can be unwound from the roller tube, with the shading element on can be braced freely at its free end, it is that the free end of the shading element is held by one or more supports, the support(s) being height-adjustable and/or tilt-adjustable.
  • the shading element can be tensioned or stretched out in any direction, starting from the roller tube, without the shading element being guided.
  • the shading element thus forms an awning that can be unwound from the roller tube, the free end of which can be stretched or stretched freely without guide rails or articulated arms being arranged.
  • an extension profile is arranged at the front end of the shading element in the extension direction, which profile is carried by articulated arms and is extended by means of the articulated arms.
  • the direction of extension can be oriented horizontally or also be inclined relative to the horizontal. In any case, however, the direction of extension is determined by the articulated arms.
  • the extension profile is guided on guide rails.
  • the direction of extension is defined by the guide rails.
  • the shading element is extended in a vertical downward direction.
  • the extension direction is completely arbitrary due to the free tensioning of the shading element.
  • the direction of extension can be horizontal, starting from the roller tube be oriented or the shading element can be tensioned or tensioned at any angle relative to the horizontal, starting from the roller tube.
  • anchoring means that a counterpart acts on the front end of the shading element in the extension direction and absorbs and diverts a tensile force. The shading element is stretched with this tensioning process.
  • the shading element can have an extension profile at its front end of the shading element in the extension direction.
  • an extension profile on the front end of the shading element in the extension direction is dispensed with and the counterpart(s) that/they engage/attack on the front end of the shading element in the extension direction and absorb/accept the tensile force and derive it/dissipate it , attack directly on the shading element itself.
  • the shading element can be a cloth such as an awning cloth or a fly screen, a transparent curtain, a roller blind, a fabric or the like.
  • the at least one shading element can be a combination of individual connected shading elements, such as a blind or roller shutter. It is also possible to arrange several shading elements next to each other on the same roller tube.
  • several carriers of the frame each have at least one roller tube with a shading element that can be unwound from the roller tube.
  • the canopy can be extended in several directions by the shading elements according to the invention.
  • canopies can be formed by several fields of frames each formed from several carriers. Large areas and patio areas can be roofed with such multi-section systems.
  • the roller tube(s) is/are preferably integrated into the respective carrier(s) and/or the roller tube(s) is/are arranged on the outside on the front side of the carrier or above on the carrier or below on the carrier.
  • the front side of the carrier designates that side of the carrier which points in the extension direction of the shading element.
  • the carrier can thus be designed in such a way that it is designed as a hollow profile and accommodates the fabric shaft in a rotatably mounted manner.
  • the roller tube can be arranged in particular in a roller tube housing that accommodates the roller tube.
  • the carrier with integrated roller tube and/or a roller tube housing accommodating the roller tube can have an opening slit as a passage through which the shading element is guided out when unwinding from the roller tube.
  • the passage opening extends along the carrier or the fabric shaft housing at least over the width of the shading element that can be unwound from the winding shaft.
  • the width of the rolled-up shading element means its dimensions in the direction parallel to the winding shaft.
  • the length of the shading element corresponds to the dimension perpendicular to its width.
  • the carrier can also have a chamber serving as a cable duct.
  • one or more lighting units such as LEDs can be arranged in and/or on the carrier.
  • a support is provided for the roller tube and the roller tube can be moved back and forth in the unwinding direction of the shading element, so that the roller tube rests against the support regardless of the changing diameter of the roll of cloth depending on the unwinding of the shading element.
  • This floating bearing of the fabric shaft ensures that the roll of fabric is in constant contact with the support of the fabric shaft, preventing the fabric from deflecting Fabric shaft is prevented under the weight and / or acting in the unwinding tension force.
  • the shading element When the shading element is unwound, the shading element is unwound from the winding shaft as a result of the rotation of the winding shaft, with the diameter of the winding barrel being reduced.
  • the winding shaft consequently moves at least with a directional component in the unwinding direction, in particular in the horizontal direction or at an angle to the horizontal, so that the winding bale is always in contact with the support and the winding shaft is thus supported.
  • the shading element when the shading element is retracted, the shading element is wound up on the winding shaft in the opposite direction due to the rotation of the winding shaft, with the diameter of the winding barrel increasing.
  • the winding shaft consequently moves back, so that the winding roll is always in contact with the support and the winding shaft is thus supported.
  • the winding shaft is preferably mounted at its ends in sliding blocks, which slide in slotted guides of bearing supports.
  • sliding blocks which slide in link guides of bearing carriers, a structurally simple and low-wear solution is implemented, which ensures floating mounting of the winding shaft and thus constant support of the winding shaft by the support.
  • the winding shaft has a floating bearing. The winding shaft can thus be moved back and forth in the extension direction of the shading element. This extension direction and thus the movability of the floating roller tube can be made up of vertical and horizontal components.
  • the fabric shaft is mounted at its ends on pendulum arms, the pendulum arms being suspended in a swinging manner about an axis of rotation which lies parallel to the axis of the fabric shaft outside the axis of the fabric shaft.
  • a floating mounting of the roller tube can also be implemented and thus the roller tube can always be supported by the at least one support.
  • This type of pendulum bearing ensures that the fabric shaft can be easily moved along a circular arc depending on the diameter of the fabric roll, so that the fabric shaft with the roll of fabric wound on it is always in contact with the support and is thus supported against the weight and/or tension in the extension direction. This effectively counteracts any deflection of the roller tube, regardless of the diameter of the roll of fabric.
  • a floating bearing of the roller tube can be implemented.
  • the pendulum arm bearing can be used in particular as an alternative to the sliding block bearing with link guide already described.
  • the pendulum arm bearing can also be used cumulatively with the sliding blocks in link guides. In this case, due to mechanical reasons, the connecting link guide of the roller tube takes place on a circular path. A combination of the two bearings ensures additional security for the roller tube guide.
  • the shading element can be triangular, rectangular, trapezoidal, or polygonal.
  • the free end of the shading element is held by one or more supports, so that the shading element can be positioned at an angle of more than 0°, in particular more than 30°, in particular more than 45°, in particular more than 60°. in particular over 75°, in particular up to 90°, relative to the vertical between the roller tube and the support(s).
  • the shading element is braced by means of one or more supports, i.e. a tensile force at the front end of the shading element in the extension direction is absorbed by the support or supports and is dissipated, so that the shading element is stretched between the roller tube and the support or supports like an awning .
  • the free end of the shading element is held by one or more supports, the inclination of the support(s) being adjustable.
  • the supports can in particular be adjustable in terms of their height and/or their angle relative to the vertical.
  • the supports can be fastened to the floor, in particular have foot parts and/or receptacles mounted on the floor.
  • the supports can be designed as a sculpture or design element.
  • the supports can be made of glass or acrylic or metal or different materials.
  • the free end of the shading element is preferably held by one or more supports, the support(s) having integrated lighting means, in particular LED lighting.
  • the free end of the shading element is preferably held by one or more supports, the support(s) being braced to the ground by means of one or more tensioning cables. Such bracing of the support(s) to the ground derives the tensioning force absorbed by the support(s) for tensioning the shading element to the ground and enables the shading element to be stretched tautly.
  • a clamping system for applying a clamping force is arranged on the shading element, in particular a clamping system from a roller tube housing and/or the carrier and/or a support accommodating the free end of the shading element.
  • a clamping force for clamping the shading element can be applied to the shading element by means of such a clamping system, so that the shading element can be stretched tautly.
  • a tensioning system can be realized, for example, by a torsion spring acting on the roller tube and/or by a helical spring in a support acting on the free end of the shading element.
  • the canopy is a slatted roof.
  • several slats can each be pivoted about an axis of rotation, the rotational axes of the slats running from one carrier to the opposite carrier, and the slats being driven from a closed position, in which the slats form a closed roof area, in particular any open position can be pivoted.
  • the slats form a closed roof surface in the closed position.
  • the open position of the slats means a pivoting position of the slats that deviates from the closed position, in particular where the maximum free roof surface is created.
  • the slats can be pivoted through 90° in the open position relative to the closed position.
  • the slats can be aligned at 90° to the horizontal in the open position.
  • the slats can be fixed in any intermediate position between the closed position and the open position, in particular by stopping the opening process and/or the closing process.
  • the slats can be pivoted into any open position in which the slats are pivoted through any angle, in particular in the range from 1° to 175°, relative to the closed position.
  • the carriers can run parallel to one another.
  • the supports may extend at an angle to one another, with the length of the successive slats decreasing correspondingly to the changing distance between the supports.
  • the canopy can be a glass roof.
  • the frame preferably has one or more glass elements forming a roof surface, in particular the frame can have a number of rafters, with glass elements being arranged between the rafters. Sections with glass elements and sections with lamellae can also be combined with one another and adjoin one another or overlap one another.
  • the canopy can be a pergola awning.
  • At least one guide rail is preferably arranged on each of two opposite, parallel beams of the frame, with several crossbars being movably mounted on the guide rails with a front crossbar in the extension direction and at least one further crossbar, and with a flexible shading element being arranged between two crossbars .
  • a circumferential belt with a lower chord and an upper chord in particular a toothed belt, can act on and/or be fastened to the foremost cross rung in the extension direction, by means of which at least the front cross rung can act as a tension profile in the extension direction forwards or in the retraction direction backwards of the guide rails can be moved, the belt being guided along a track via at least one drive roller and via at least one deflection roller.
  • the guide rails of such a pergola awning can be carried or taken up by two opposite beams as longitudinal beams of the frame.
  • the guide rails can be an integral part of the longitudinal members.
  • the term longitudinal beam refers to those beams on which the guide rails are arranged.
  • the frame is formed from two longitudinal members and two cross members. Each longitudinal member preferably has a lateral rain gutter, which opens into a downpipe directly or via a drain bend.
  • Such pergola awnings have a plurality of crossbars, which are arranged between lateral guide rails.
  • the lateral guide rails thus define the extension direction.
  • the transom arranged at the rear in the direction of extension is usually fixed to the guide rails, i.e. cannot be moved along the guide rails.
  • a drive for example in the form of a belt, acts on the front crossbar in the extension direction.
  • the belt is used to move the frontmost crossbar in the extension direction forwards in the extension direction or backwards in the opposite direction to the extension direction in the retraction direction.
  • At least one further movable crossbar is arranged between the frontmost crossbar in the extension direction and the rear fixed crossbar.
  • a flexible shading element is arranged in each case between two, in particular adjacent, crossbars and fastened to the two crossbars.
  • the other crossbars can be freely running.
  • Free-running refers to the fact that these crossbars can be moved along the guide rails without a drive means such as a belt acting directly on the free-running crossbars. If the foremost crossbar in the extension direction is extended in the extension direction, the individual shading elements arranged between the crossbars are gradually tensioned and the next further free-running crossbar is pulled in the extension direction by means of the tensioned shading element. Conversely, when the front crossbar is moved against the extension direction in the retraction direction, the flexible shading elements are relaxed so that they hang down freely between the crossbars.
  • this free-running crossbar is moved counter to the extension direction by means of the foremost driven crossbar.
  • this free-running transom is also shifted in the opposite direction to the extension direction, and so on, until the entire package of movable transoms has moved to the stop on the fixed transom, i.e. the last transom in the extension direction.
  • the frame has at least two parallel guide rails on which an extension profile of a fabric can be moved, which can be unwound from a fabric shaft rotatably mounted on the frame and by means of which the frame can be at least partially spanned.
  • the canopy is equipped with a so-called conservatory awning.
  • a combination of a glass roof and such a conservatory awning is possible.
  • combinations of all the above types of canopies of slat roofs, glass roofs, pergola awnings and conservatory awnings are possible, both with a single frame formed from several carriers and with multi-field systems, which are formed from several adjoining frames.
  • the frame of the canopy is supported by a plurality of posts, located in particular at the corners of the frame, and/or wherein one or more supports of the frame are attached to a building.
  • the frame can be arranged on one or more sides of a building or in a building corner or a building niche, or it can be arranged free-standing on four or more posts and be carried by the posts.
  • multi-section systems with several frames connected to one another can also be implemented.
  • figure 1 shows a perspective view of a canopy 1, which is formed as a free-standing multi-panel system from two slat roofs with additional shading 4.
  • Each individual canopy 1 is formed by a frame made up of four beams 2 .
  • the concept of the carrier 2 includes, in particular, horizontal carriers.
  • the term support also includes those structural components of the canopy 1 which, at an angle to the horizontal, form part of the canopy frame.
  • Such carriers arranged at an angle to the horizontal can also accommodate the shading elements 4 explained below.
  • roofing 1 is shown formed as a so-called multi-field system from two fields, ie from two adjacent slat roofs.
  • figure 2 shows a perspective view of a canopy 1, which is formed as a free-standing canopy 1 by a single lamellar roof with additional shading 4.
