Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Unterleibsbekleidung in Form eines hosenartigen Hauptteils (1) mit einen Bund (2) und mit einer Öffnung (3) im Bereich der Genitalien, durch den die Genitalien in eine Tasche geführt werden können, wobei die schlitzartige vertikal verlaufende Öffnung (3) zwischen zwei Stofffaltenabschnitten (4) des Hauptteils (1) gebildet ist, wobei die Enden (4.1) der die Stofffalten bildenden Abschnitte (4) mit dem Hauptteil (1) durch jeweils eine von der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) entfernt angeordneten Naht (5) verbunden sind und die Tasche als einseitig offener Beutel (6) ausgeführt und mit seiner offenen Seite vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) an dem Hauptteil (1) angeordnet ist. Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Unterleibsbekleidung für Männer in Form eines Slips, eines Boxershorts, einer langen Unterhose, einer Fahrradhose, einer Sportleggings, eines Trunks, eines Briefs oder auch einer Badehose und insbesondere eine am Körper anliegende Unterleibsbekleidung.
  • Eine Unterleibsbekleidung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 ist aus der RU 2 409 995 C1 bekannt. Diese am Unterleib anliegende hosenförmige Unterleibsbekleidung weist eine Öffnung auf, durch die die Genitalien in eine Tasche geführt werden können, wobei die Öffnung in Form eines vertikalen Schlitzes zwischen zwei aneinanderstoßenden Stofffalten gestaltet wurde, die von der Taille bis zu den Genitalien und im Bereich des Dammes miteinander verbunden sind. Die Stoffränder der Schlitzfalten bilden so eine Tasche für die Genitalien.
  • Der Nachteil dieser Unterbekleidung besteht darin, dass die beiden Stoffränder der Schlitzfalten sich nicht zu einer stabilen Tasche verbinden lassen, was sich nachteilig auf die Lage der Genitalien auswirkt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Form der Tasche, ihre Anordnung an der Unterleibsbekleidung und den Zugang zu den Genitalien zu optimieren, so dass die Schweißentwicklung und die Temperatur der Genitalien reduziert werden und der Komfort erhöht wird.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Bei einer Unterleibsbekleidung in Form eines hosenartigen Hauptteils mit einem Bund und mit einer Öffnung im Bereich der Genitalien, durch den die Genitalien in eine Tasche geführt werden können, wobei die schlitzartige vertikal verlaufende Öffnung zwischen zwei Stofffaltenabschnitten des Hauptteils gebildet ist, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass
  • die Enden der die Stofffalten bildenden Abschnitte mit dem Hauptteil durch jeweils eine von der schlitzartigen Öffnung entfernt angeordneten Naht verbunden sind und die Tasche als einseitig offener Beutel ausgeführt und mit seiner offenen Seite vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung an dem Hauptteil angeordnet ist.
  • Dabei ist der Beutel mindestens beidseitig der schlitzartigen Öffnung mit dem Hauptteil verbunden, vorzugsweise zusätzlich auch im Bereich des Dammes. Durch die Verwendung eines separat herstellbaren einseitig offenen Beutels, der dann mit dem Hauptteil verbunden wird, sind ein optimaler Sitz des Beutels und eine angenehme komfortable Lage der in dem Beutel untergebrachten Genitalien erreichbar. Die Temperatur der Genitalien lässt sich so gegenüber der Körpertemperatur problemlos um 2 °C reduzieren.
  • Der Beutel selbst kann einzel- oder mehrlagig ausgeführt sein. Die Materialien können denen des Hauptteils entsprechen oder sind zumindest teilweise als Funktionsstoffe mit verschiedenen Eigenschaften versehen z. B. absorbierend und/oder antibakteriell.
  • Der Schnitt des Beutels besteht bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung aus zwei L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten, die die Seitenteile des Beutels bilden und einem mit den L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten an der äußeren L-Kante verbundenen Mittelteil.
  • Ein optimaler Sitz wird erreicht, wenn das Mitteilteil bis zum Richtungswechsel der L-Kante parallele Seitenkanten aufweist und danach gleichschenklig trapezförmige verlaufende Seitenkanten. Der Beutel erhält dadurch auch seine charakteristische Form, nämlich nach einem geraden ersten Abschnitt im Bereich der parallelen Seitenkanten in einem zweiten Abschnitt mit den trapezförmig verlaufenden Seitenkanten gegenüber dem ersten Abschnitt abgeknickt zu sein.
  • Da der Beutel -so ausgeführt- ein Mittelteil ohne Naht aufweist, besteht auch keine Gefahr einer Hautreizung der Genitalien durch eine Naht.
  • Eine weitere Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass der Beutel im Bundbereich offen ist oder durch einen Reißverschluss oder Klettverschluss oder eine Knopfreihe verschließbar oder mit einem elastischen Band versehen ist.
  • Sowohl unter dem Gesichtspunkt des Designs als auch der Zugänglichkeit der Genitalien ist es von Vorteil, wenn der Beutel vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung seitlich jeweils durch eine Naht und/oder einen Reißverschluss/Klettverschluss mit dem Hauptteil verbunden ist.
  • Eine Nahtreduzierung ist erreichbar, wenn die Naht oder die Befestigung des Reißverschlusses bzw. des Klettverschlusses des Beutels mit dem Hauptteil jeweils mit der Naht, mit der das Hauptteil mit den Enden der die Stofffalten bildenden Abschnitte verbunden ist, zusammenfällt.
  • Die Nähte können mittels Nähfäden gebildet sein und/oder sie sind geklebt. Beim Kleben können die Nähte oder einzelne Nähte auf Stoß geklebt sein.
  • Bei den Nähten mit Nähfaden haben sich der Overlockstich mit Kettennaht und die 3- oder 4-Faden-Flachnaht bewährt.
  • Die schlitzartige Öffnung im Hauptteil kann zwischen zwei aneinanderstoßenden Stofffaltenabschnitten bestehen oder zwischen zwei in mindestens einem Abschnitt aneinanderstoßenden Stofffaltenabschnitten oder aus bikonvex zueinander angeordneten Stofffaltenabschnitten, d. h. die schlitzartige Öffnung hat einen bikonvexen Rand.
  • Die Erfindung soll anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert werden.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt die Unterleibsbekleidung in Form eines Slips mit einem hosenartigen Hauptteil 1 mit einem Bund 2. Das Hauptteil 1 weist eine Öffnung in Form einer vertikalen schlitzartigen Öffnung 3 für die Genitalien auf. Die Öffnung 3 befindet sich zwischen zwei in einem oberen und unteren Anschnitt aneinanderstoßenden, ansonsten bikonvex zueinander angeordneten Stofffaltenabschnitte 4, die Bestandteil des Hauptteils 1 sind oder mit diesem verbunden sind.
  • Die Enden 4.1 der Stofffaltenabschnitte 4 sind nach außen um 180° umgeklappt und mit dem Hauptteil 1 durch jeweils eine Naht 5 verbunden. Im Bereich der schlitzartigen Öffnung 3 ist so keine Naht vorhanden, sondern nur eine weiche Stofffalte, so dass keine Hautreizung der Genitalien auftritt, wenn diese nach außen in den Beutel 6 verlagert sind.
  • Der Beutel 6 ist ein selbstständiges Teil, das gesondert gefertigt vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung 3 am Hauptteil befestigt ist.
  • Der Beutel 6 besteht aus zwei L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten 6.1, 6.2, die die Seitenteile des Beutels 6 bilden und einem mit dem L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten 6.1 und 6.2 an der äußeren L-Kante 6.4 verbundenen Mittelteil 6.3. Zum Schnitt erfolgen unter Fig. 2 weitere Ausführungen.
  • Der Beutel ist hier im Bundbereich offen, kann aber auch durch einen Reißverschluss oder Klettverschluss oder eine Knopfreihe verschließbar sein oder mit einem elastischen Bund ausgerüstet sein.
  • Das Mitteilteil 6.3 weist bis zum Richtungswechsel der L-Kante 6.4 parallele Seitenkanten auf und danach gleichschenklig trapezförmige verlaufende Seitenkanten 6.5.
  • Der Beutel erhält dadurch seine charakteristische Form, die Fig. 3 zeigt.
  • Der Beutel 6 ist hier vor dem Schlitz seitlich jeweils durch eine Naht mit dem Hauptteil verbunden. Anstelle der Naht könnte auch ein Reißverschluss oder ein Klettverschluss oder eine Knopfreihe vorgesehen sein.
  • Die Naht wird hier durch Nähfäden gebildet. Möglich wäre auch eine Klebeverbindung, vorzugsweise auf Stoß.
  • Um die Zahl der Nähte zu reduzieren, fällt die Naht für die Befestigung des Beutels 6 am Hauptteil 1 zusammen mit der Befestigungsnaht 5 der Stofffaltenabschnitte 4 mit dem Hauptteil 1.
  • Weiter ist der Beutel 6 mit dem Hauptteil 1 im Bereich des Dammes verbunden. Hier befindet sich auch innen im Hauptteil 1 vernäht der Zwickel 7. Der Bereich des Dammes wird in der Fig. mit einem Pfeil angedeutet.
  • Für die mittels Nähfäden hergestellten Nähte sind insbesondere der Overlockstich mit Kettennaht und die 3- oder 4-Faden-Flachnaht vorgesehen.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt ein Schnittmuster der einzelnen Teile, die bei der Ausrüstung der Unterleibsbekleidung mit einem optimierten Beutel 6 eingesetzt werden und die für die Beutelherstellung benutzt werden.
  • So sind von oben nach unten dargestellt:

  • Der Beutel 6 besteht aus zwei L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten 6.1, 6.2, die die Seitenteile des Beutels 6 bilden und einem mit dem L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten 6.1 und 6.2 an der äußeren L-Kante 6.4 verbundenen Mittelteil 6.3.
  • Gut erkennbar ist, dass das Mitteilteil 6.3 bis zum Richtungswechsel der L-Kante 6.4 parallele Seitenkanten aufweist und danach gleichschenklig trapezförmig verlaufende Seitenkanten 6.5.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt den Beutel in seiner charakteristische Form, mit einem geraden ersten Abschnitt im Bereich der parallelen Seitenkanten 6.4 und mit einem zweiten Abschnitt mit den trapezförmig verlaufenden Seitenkanten 5.5, so dass der zweite Abschnitt gegenüber dem ersten Abschnitt abgeknickt ist. Weiter ist erkennbar, dass die schlitzartige vertikale Öffnung 3 mit einem Abstand vom Bund 2 beginnt und mit einem Abstand vor dem Zwickel 7 endet.
  • Die schlitzartige Öffnung 3 wird hier die auseinanderstoßenden Stofffalten 4 gebildet, d. h. sie ist bei Nichtbenutzung geschlossen. Die schlitzartige Öffnung 3 kann aber auch oben und ggf. unten durch aneinanderstoßende Stofffaltenabschnitte 4 gebildet sein, während sie dazwischen geöffnet ist. Eine weitere Möglichkeit der Ausbildung der schlitzartigen Öffnung 3 sieht vor, dass deren Ränder bikonvex zueinander stehen - die Öffnung die Form einer Linse aufweist.
  • Mit der vorgeschlagenen Unterleibsbekleidung wird eine zweckmäßige und ergometrische optimale Aufnahme für die Genitalien vorgeschlagen. Klemmungen und Quetschungen sowie Hautreizungen durch Nähte oder Schweiß unterbleiben und die Temperatur der Genitalien ist optimal.

Claims (13)

  1. Unterleibsbekleidung in Form eines hosenartigen Hauptteils (1) mit einen Bund (2) und mit einer Öffnung (3) im Bereich der Genitalien, durch den die Genitalien in eine Tasche geführt werden können, wobei die schlitzartige vertikal verlaufende Öffnung (3) zwischen zwei Stofffaltenabschnitten (4) des Hauptteils (1) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Enden (4.1) der die Stofffalten bildenden Abschnitte (4) mit dem Hauptteil (1) durch jeweils eine von der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) entfernt angeordneten Naht (5) verbunden sind und die Tasche als einseitig offener Beutel (6) ausgeführt und mit seiner offenen Seite vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) an dem Hauptteil (1) angeordnet ist.
  2. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beutel (6) mindestens beidseitig der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) mit dem Hauptteil (1) verbunden ist.
  3. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beutel (6) zusätzlich im Bereich des Dammes mit dem Hauptteil (1) verbunden ist.
  4. Unterleibsbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der einseitig offene Beutel (6) aus mindestens drei miteinander durch mindestens zwei Nähte verbundene Beutelabschnitte (6.1, 6.2, 6.3) besteht.
  5. Unterleibsbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Schnitt des Beutels (6) aus zwei L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten besteht, die die Seitenteile des Beutels (6) bilden und einem mit den L- und flächenförmigen Abschnitten an der äußeren L-Kante (6.4) verbundenen Mittelteil (6.3).
  6. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Mittelteil (6.3) bis zum Richtungswechsel der L-Kante (6.4) parallele Seitenkanten (6.5) aufweist und danach gleichschenklig trapezförmige verlaufende Seitenkanten (6.5).
  7. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Abschnitte des Beutels (6) mehrlagig ausgeführt sind und/oder Abschnitte und/oder die Abschnitte aus Funktionsstoffen bestehen, vorzugsweise mit absorbierender und/oder antibakterieller Wirkung.
  8. Unterleibsbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beutel (6) im Bundbereich offen ist oder durch einen Reißverschluss oder einen Klettverschluss oder eine Knopfreihe verschließbar oder mit einem elastischen Band versehen ist.
  9. Unterleibsbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Beutel (6) vor der schlitzartigen Öffnung (3) seitlich jeweils durch eine Naht und/oder einen Reißverschluss oder einen Klettverschluss oder eine Knopfreihe mit dem Hauptteil (1) verbunden ist.
  10. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

    die Nähte durch Nähfäden hergestellt sind und/oder durch Kleben.
  12. Unterleibsbekleidung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Nähte oder einzelne Nähte auf Stoß geklebt sind.
  13. Unterleibsbekleidung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die schlitzartige Öffnung (3) zwischen zwei aneinanderstoßenden Stofffaltenabschnitten (4) besteht oder zwischen zwei in mindestens einem Abschnitt aneinanderstoßenden Stofffaltenabschnitten (4) oder aus eine bikonvexe Öffnung (3) bildende zueinander angeordnete Stofffaltenabschnitte (4).
