Claims (23)

  1. Dispositif de traitement d'une bande de papier (2, 2') imprimée numériquement et transportée en continu à travers le dispositif, avec un outil de perforation (14) pour perforer la bande de papier (2, 2') transversalement à la direction de défilement (T) et avec un outil de coupe (16) pour couper des feuilles imprimées (8', 8", 78', 78") à une extrémité aval (102) de la bande de papier (2, 2'), qui sont disposées chacune sur une première face (3) de la bande de papier (2, 2') et transversalement ou approximativement transversalement à la direction de défilement (T) de la bande de papier (2, 2'), ainsi qu'avec au moins un contre-outil (25) disposé sur une deuxième face (20) de la bande de papier (2, 2') opposée à la première face (3), caractérisé en ce que
    • le dispositif (1) destiné à recevoir l'outil de perforation (14) et l'outil de coupe (16) présente un porte-outil (12) commun,
    • le dispositif (1) destiné à recevoir ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) présente un tambour de coupe (21) rotatif avec un axe de rotation (22) orienté transversalement ou approximativement transversalement à la direction de défilement (T) de la bande de papier (2, 2'),
    • l'outil de perforation (14) et l'outil de coupe (16) sont fixés sur le porte-outil (12) à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre,
    • le porte-outil (12) peut être déplacé au choix dans deux positions de travail (30, 33) dans lesquelles, respectivement, l'outil de perforation (14) ou l'outil de coupe (16) peut être mis en prise avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) pour le traitement de la bande de papier (2, 2').
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le porte-outil (12) est disposé de manière à pouvoir pivoter en va-et-vient entre les deux positions de travail (30, 33) d'un angle de pivotement (α) autour d'un axe de pivotement (31) orienté transversalement ou approximativement transversalement à la direction de défilement T de la bande de papier (2, 2') et parallèlement à un plan de transport (100) de la bande de papier (2), de sorte que soit l'outil de perforation (14), soit l'outil de coupe (16) peut être mis en prise avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (21).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (22) du tambour de coupe (21) et l'axe de pivotement (31) du porte-outil (12) sont disposés selon un angle aigu (β) l'un par rapport à l'autre dans un plan parallèle au plan de transport (100) de la bande de papier (2), de sorte que, selon le principe d'une coupe par cisaillement, une arête de coupe (17) de l'outil de perforation (14) ou une arête de coupe (18) de l'outil de coupe (16) ne peut chaque fois être mise en prise avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) que dans une zone partielle de sa longueur.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que pour l'exécution du mouvement de pivotement, le porte-outil (12) est relié par un mécanisme à manivelle (41) à un axe d'entraînement (42) d'un troisième moteur d'entraînement (40).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) est conçu comme un moteur couple sans engrenage.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme à manivelle (41) présente une bielle de poussée (46) qui est reliée par un premier axe (45) à une manivelle (44) disposée sur l'axe d'entraînement (42) du troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) et par un deuxième axe (47) au porte-outil (12).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le premier axe (45), le deuxième axe (47) et l'axe d'entraînement (42) du troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) sont parallèles entre eux et le premier axe (45) et l'axe d'entraînement (42) sont espacés l'un de l'autre d'un rayon de manivelle (r).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le premier axe (45), le deuxième axe (47) et l'axe d'entraînement (42) du troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) sont chacun disposés dans un plan lorsque le porte-outil (12) se trouve dans l'une des deux positions de travail (30, 33).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le porte-outil (12) peut être amené dans une position de repos entre les deux positions de travail (30, 33), dans laquelle ni l'outil de perforation (14) ni l'outil de coupe (16) ne sont en prise avec le contre-outil (21).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de coupe (21) avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) est entraîné par un deuxième moteur d'entraînement (23), le deuxième moteur d'entraînement (23) étant relié à une commande d'entraînement (61) destinée à réguler sa vitesse de rotation et sa position angulaire.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) et un premier moteur d'entraînement (11) d'un moyen d'entraînement (9) pour le transport de la bande de papier (2, 2') sont reliés à la commande d'entraînement (61).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un capteur (62) relié à la commande d'entraînement (61) est disposé en amont du tambour de coupe (21), lequel capteur permet de détecter une caractéristique d'identification (101) appliquée sur la bande de papier (2, 2').
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le tambour de coupe (21), le deuxième moteur d'entraînement (23), le porte-outil (12) et le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) sont montés dans un bâti de machine commun (32).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de machine (32) est conçu avec un dispositif de réglage (90) de manière à pouvoir pivoter par rapport à la bande de papier (2, 2'), parallèlement au plan de transport (100) de la bande de papier (2, 2'), autour d'un point de pivotement (91).
  15. Procédé de traitement d'une bande de papier (2, 2') imprimée numériquement et transportée en continu dans une direction de défilement (T) à travers un dispositif (1), dans lequel la bande de papier (2, 2') est perforée ou coupée entre un outil de perforation (14) ou un outil de coupe (16) et au moins un contre-outil (25), caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) tourne autour d'un axe de rotation (22) orienté transversalement ou approximativement transversalement à la direction de défilement (T) de la bande de papier (2, 2'), et qu'un porte-outil commun (12) recevant l'outil de perforation (14) et l'outil de coupe (16) pour le traitement de la bande de papier (2, 2') peut être amené au choix dans l'une de deux positions de travail (30, 33) et que l'outil de perforation (14) ou l'outil de coupe (16) coopère ainsi avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) et perfore la bande de papier (2, 2') transversalement à sa direction de défilement T ou coupe des feuilles imprimées (8', 8", 78', 78") à une extrémité aval (102) de la bande de papier (2).
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le porte-outil (12) peut pivoter en va-et-vient entre deux positions de travail (30, 33) d'un angle de pivotement (α) autour d'un axe de pivotement (31) orienté transversalement ou approximativement transversalement à la direction de défilement (T) de la bande de papier (2, 2') et parallèlement à un plan de transport (100) de la bande de papier (2) et que dans chacune des deux positions de travail (30, 33) dans lesquelles le porte-outil (12) est arrêté, soit l'outil de perforation (14), soit l'outil de coupe (16) vient en prise avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) et perfore ou coupe la bande de papier (2, 2').
  17. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le porte-outil (12) est amené dans une position de repos entre les deux positions de travail (30, 33), dans laquelle ni l'outil de coupe (16) ni l'outil de perforation (14) ne sont en prise avec ledit au moins un contre-outil (25) et dans laquelle la bande de papier (2, 2') n'est pas traitée.
  18. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier (2, 2') transportée en continu est alternativement perforée par l'outil de perforation (14) et coupée par l'outil de coupe (16) et qu'un troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) relié au porte-outil (12) par un mécanisme à manivelle (41) tourne à une vitesse de rotation constante ou approximativement constante.
  19. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs traitements identiques successifs de la bande de papier (2, 2') sont effectués en laissant le porte-outil (12) dans la position de travail respective (30, 33) et en arrêtant le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) recommence à tourner lorsque, après plusieurs traitements identiques successifs de la bande de papier (2, 2'), le porte-outil (12) est amené d'une position de travail (30, 33) à l'autre.
  21. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 20, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier moteur d'entraînement (11) pour le transport de la bande de papier (2, 2'), un deuxième moteur d'entraînement (23) d'un tambour de coupe (21) recevant le contre-outil (25) et le troisième moteur d'entraînement (40) du porte-outil (12) sont commandés par une commande d'entraînement (61).
  22. Procédé selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que les signaux d'un capteur (62) dirigé vers la bande de papier (2, 2') sont évalués dans la commande d'entraînement (61) et l'évaluation des signaux influence la commande des moteurs d'entraînement (11, 23, 40).
  23. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 22, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'outil de perforation (14), l'outil de coupe (16) et le contre-outil (25) sont pivotés ensemble d'un angle de réglage (γ) par rapport à la bande de papier (2) parallèlement au plan de transport (100) de la bande de papier (2) pour perforer et couper la bande de papier (2, 2') perpendiculairement à sa direction de défilement (T) à différentes longueurs (L, L') de feuilles (S) imprimés sur la bande de papier (2, 2') et/ou différentes largeurs (B) de la bande de papier (2, 2').
